Dont use this company. High rates and questionable accounting policies. They will deduct money from your account and tell you check is in the mail. This will never happen. I am out $3K on my accounts that are unaccountable. Theres no digital payment options and they overwhelm you with bills for multiple policies. You are better off with an other company. This is borderline fraudulent. Beware

I have been a customer of Alan Chan and Tracy Allio for over a decade (specifically over 14 years). Tracy and Alan have always taken very good care of me as a customer. As a result, I have transferred all of my insurance needs to Tracys care. Through my first decade with State Farm under Tracy and Alans care, my service satisfaction has always been high while my premiums dropped due to my being a good customer (not having any incidents). Even when I did have some not-at-fault incident such as being rear-ended by another car, Tracy was able to quickly take care of things for me, and I never have any issue getting the resolution I wanted. Recently, State Farm had to increase its price, and Alan/Tracy did not sugarcoat and explained the situations in full to me. In fact, soon after, Tracy helped me correct one of my premiums. I appreciate the way Alan and Tracy take good care of their customers while keeping in mind that their reputation with their customers is most important. I will continue to stay with Tracy and Alan due to their great services!

Searching for insurance coverage is never easy. I called around to several different “big name” companies and was directed to a call center, where there were long wait times to get a quote, I given less than stellar service, and my questions were not fully answered.Just when I was about to give up and settle for one of these other companies, on the recommendation of a friend, I called State Farm and I was immediately directed to a local office in the area where I was seeking an insurance policy. I had the pleasure of speaking with Wendy, one of the local agents who answered all my questions and immediately got me a quote. The total cost was far less than other quotes I had received, with more coverage included. Wendy answered all of my follow-up questions and helped me get quickly setup.Since then, I’ve had numerous other questions, which Wendy has been quick to answer.
