Great team and prompt service. Equipment works perfectly, rental was great. Speakers looked brand new and preformed flawlessly. Projector displayed crisp images and no dents on any of the microphones. Was also on time and professional.

I had another company cancel on me in the 25th hour for an event I produced, and the NextArts team saved the day by swooping in and getting us exactly what we needed to get the show done right. We sourced a few large LED TVs and accessories and they worked great, as advertised. The NextArts crew was prompt with delivery and pick-up and managed to do thing whole operation on the super steep hill that the venue was located on. Recommend these guys for solid A/V services and rentals.

NextArts is amazing! They gave me an excellent deal on renting six projectors and equipment for a large art project. When I had some technical trouble I had multiple people helping me via phone even late into the evening on the weekend. They also were very flexible about the time I returned the equipment. I used nextarts for a small company event. The team arrived on time in the window they provided to me. They set up and everything went smoothly. The speakers they used sounded clear and the sound they produced had no imperfections. The projector produced a nice HD video and was brand new. The microphones were clean and were not all beat up since they did not have any dents and did not lose sound.

I was in attendance at an event where NextArts did the audio video. Being a visual person, I really appreciate a well thought out environment where every detail is taken into account. It was a fantastic event. The lighting and styling makes all the difference! There was a video projector that projected the logo on the floor, a big screen TV on a stand that was so heavy duty, it looked like it was part of the room. I even noticed how good the sound system was, clear and crisp. I had a chance to chat with the owner, who was fantastic. I’ll definitely be looking to them for my upcoming AV needs in the San Francisco Bay Area.

NextArts did an event for our company and the lighting was fantastic!The creativity was amazing as they lit up the entire venue. I’ve attached a pic, it was so good. Very high class and such sophisticated designs. Spectacular, stunning presentation are the only words I can use to describe it. They put the string lights on a dimmer so we could see the coils of the light bulbs. It was so cool to see that. Each individual bulb was an ornament.Great employees and techs, too. They even covered things our party rental company forgot to bring, such as drape for the catering area. We loved them so much, I can only imagine what they will do for our holiday party coming up in a few weeks.

We rented a party projector package for a Halloween birthday in our front yard. Francis was really helpful and accomodating. He gave me a full rundown on how to set up the system. He also made himself available at any time for tech support. And he was very accomodating with scheduling pickup and drop-off. Id recommend Nextarts for your party rental. His rates were weekly whereas other shops had weekend only rates or 1 day rentals that were the same price. I didnt need the package for a whole week but it made for easier pickup and return.

The NextArts Events Services team was a huge part in making our wedding reception truly magical! When you walked into the room it hada feel of a Hollywood movie scene. Our guests did not want the night to come to an end and were taking pictures ofthe decor the whole evening. Everything was glowing and all the special lighting lit up the room and enhanced everythingfrom the flowers to the wedding cake. Never knew having custom lighting would transform a room like it did and we are soglad we invested the money! NextArts was able to do something that other companies told me couldnt be done.They also were able to give us our lighting at an amazing price compared to what other companies were going tocharge for a much worse set up. They were booked like crazy for Pride Week, but they were still able to help us out with some small time changes. I know it screwed up their schedule a bit, but they were very nice and helpful.On top of that, the gear was packed well and easy to use. Used the company for Drape and lighting for my best friends wedding reception. I was impressed from my first dealing with the staff. I explained to the guy (i for got his name sorry) what the bride wanted, a majestic like decor for our event. He suggested some other things that couples had done to create cool effects using some different lighting. He was even able to match the color of the groomsman ties by lighting up the drape!!!They arrived on time and was courteous and fast getting everything in place. They made a gorgeous drape entry for the reception and was able to match the color of the groomsmen ties EXACTLY.They guys were very cool about making minor adjustments to really capture our vision for our event, and arrived on time to gather their drape and equipment at the end of our event. They were the one company we dealt with that was not late.I will definitely use them again for my next event.

Extraordinary! Thats the only word I can think of to describe the job they did for our corporate event at One Market last week.Above and beyond, these guys covered things we didnt think of such as getting audio from our power point presentations to the TVs. All eight of them!The drapery was exquisite. The lighting was superb. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend their production services.

I just rented two 10k cinema projectors and a video distribution system from these guys and couldn’t be more pleased. I found these guys for a BenQ 1080P HD Digital Projector rental for an event, but I was impressed by the amount of audio visual and live performance gear they had available for rent as well. The customer service was excellent, the prices were good, and they support a good cause. All around very happy with the experience and would rent from them again.

I rented some AV gear from NextArts and it was great! The sound system or PA was in near perfect condition; not a scratch on it. The video projector was awesome as well! HD computer projection of the last game of the world series was a big hit. When it comes to audio visual rentals, I truly recommend these guys. It also helps they had drape and lights for rent, which turned them into a one stop shop. Their techs were super friendly as well.

I am new to the San Francisco Bay Area and needed A/V equipment for several events. I found NextArts through a google search and was blown away by their pricing, so I gave them a try. The very first event they did with us was a home run. It was just a simple projector and screen, but man was that gear clean. Their work was so good, I used them again for my next event. This event was much larger encompassing a 7,000 sq ft room. NextArts provided sound, stage, lighting, drapery and video. This time Tony came to the event to supervise the installation and I have to tell you no stone as left unturned. We used a prop rental company for illuminated bars and they forgot the ac cords. Tony had extras. The DJ forgot mic cords, Tony had extras. This guy was so prepared for any contingency I felt like I was at a football game and Vince Lomardi was the coach.I can honestly say, go with NextArts for your AV equipment rental needs!

I have been in the event industry around the US for over 10 years and in the San Francisco Bay Area for about a year. This past weekend we hired NextArts for our triathalon. It was raining and miserable, yet NextArts worked flawlessly and tirelessly. They were ahead of schedule on every aspect of our event, coming the night before to view the site changes due to the inclement weather. From sound and stage rentals, to tents NextArts, outperformed our expectations and was the only rental house that seemed to work seamlessly under the most undesirable conditions.The start line used their patented solar generator and they worked tirelessly, using wireless, microphones, transmitters and receivers so as to ensure there were no long cable runs for the runners to trip over. At the finish line they had workarounds for every contingency, including a pallet of equipment falling on gear and the rain (did I mention that?) that collapsed a small tent and created water damage everywhere.The NextArts crew was extremely professional and accommodating. There wasnt a thing we asked of them that they didnt cover, including a re-route of the DJ audio, last minute and mid-event. NextArts rental equipment is in superb condition, looking near new!I cant say enough about the performance of Tony and the NextArts team

Last Sunday I did a rental at NextArts for my sisters wedding reception, I rented a whole bunch of silk drape to soften the wedding and it was stunning, there were countless compliments and comments on how it created such a beautiful environment. Personally in my opinion, I thought it was queit nice. Also the led lights made the drape look better.

The NextArts team is a joy to work with. When we first met with Anthony, he walked us through everything, and showed us examples of what they could do with our venue.Ive seen some funny reviews about temperamental employees but either theyve changed or been fired. We put their team through a lot and they stayed professional and courteous the whole time.They hung incredible drapes lit from below, my husband worried it would be too much but it ended up perfectly elegant. I felt like a goddess on Olympus.We made sure to have one of their tech people along to keep everything running smoothly. My friend Sheila didnt have anyone at her wedding and they were stuck in the dark for an hour when something blew out the lights!I highly recommend the NextArts team!

I just spoke to Francis, who wouldnt even give me a quote for a Red carpet and an Astro Turf rental for a wedding at the Flood Mansion. This person was extremely rude and told me that wouldnt provide a quote because its too small for them. Well they just lost about $6000 order, if this is their business model this company will not exist for long time. And who ever that Francis is, he needs to learn how to talk to people!
