The woman on the phone this afternoon in the SFP location was about as rude as a person can be. She yelled at me and when I asked her to stop, she kept on. I told her I would tell the survey how she did and when I ended our conversation she wouldnt hang up so that I could tell the survey. The epitome of unprofessional.

Solid credible intake process, personal visit to claimant observing body language crucial to characteristics of complaint. Positive customer service with supporting calls of accomplishments from intake as verified information. Passion for this is a must. Employed many years in law firms analyzing the profiles. This organization thinks its funny that a lawyer did elder abuse a 7 day notice with threat of eviction during covid-19. The guy at the state bar did not know about landlord retaliation. No more rights in California. No one cares yet they get paid.

Unfortunately, the State Bar is a self regulating group. They allow ROGUE attorneys loose in or community and we become their prey. I had a horrible experience with one of these attorneys and reported him to the State Bar. They opened an investigation & sat on it for over 3 years until I received notice that I had to sue the attorney before they would go any further. I am appealing, but have zero confidence in this joke of an organization that claims to protect the public.

As an trademark attorney in California, I can say that every time I call or email the State Bar they get me the answers I need in an efficient manner. All staff Ive spoken to were knowledgeable about the website and quickly able to direct me to the page I needed. Cant ask for more!

After opening an investigation 3 1/2 yrs ago against a shady repeat offender, the state bar decides the case is too much for them to handle & decides to arbitrarily close the case. So much for consumer protection. Now another person will be victimized by this crook. Its no wonder the state bar is being sued and is flunking their audits. This organization is a sham and public disgrace. Unprofessional and lazy. State bar should be DISBARRED!
