So disappointed with this experience! was not useful and not friendly. Started with being late to the appointment and ending up by hanging the phone quite rudely. I feel really sorry for wasting time and money and would never recommend

Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. When dealing with the law of any kind, it can be a little intimidating, not only did they answer my questions, but they did so in a way that made what could have been a hectic situation easy.

Very unhelpful, and even rude in places. As a novice, I really would have appreciated their help, but they were not especially forthcoming. Also were late to our call, and appeared aggravated on the phone with my questions. Dont recommend.
