Their sound system is powerful but never harsh, and theres not a ton of echo. Highly recommended for some intimate, fantastic shows!

A truly unique experience at The End Of You, constructed around the tension between humans and nature, between existence and nonexistence, relevance and obsolescence. Gray Area is clearly blazing their own trail through the world of immersive art and interactive installations. This exhibit is worth your time as a new paradigm for how computer science, naturalism, and social change can blend together into cohesive art installations. Impossible to forget.

Ive been coming to Grey Area Theater for the Asian Pacific Film Festival that is currently running. The facility itself is clean. The seats are big and roomy but not cozy. Popcorn is always a must whenever I step into a theater, so I purchased a medium popcorn. $6.50 for not so fresh popcorn.Grey Area Theater is conveniently located near the Metro Purple Station. Your exit would be Wilshire/Western.

One of the best venues Ive ever been to. Maybe 300-500 Max capacity with carpeted floor, super spacious vibe, and its shaped all circular and cool-like.

A great venue with excellent sound. But since its just a one big area, short people can be blocked very easily.

Incredible unique part of San Fransisco art culture. Ive been to everything from Virtual Reality Artificial Intellegence art exhibits, to green absinthe parties, to four-on-the-floor dance party ragers here, and every time has been amazing. The people are loving and welcoming, the art intellectual and astounding.

I am not losing a dollar store, I am gaining an art incubator. I went over to an interesting art tech event at Gray Area theater, where they are working hard to bring the Grand back to life. The energy was terrific. Heres hoping Gray Area can cut through the red tape and make a conducive environment for creatives!
