I rented through Blueground for 40 days and had a great experience. I was happy about the quality of the unit, the mattresses, the furniture and the kitchen equipment. Modem washer and dryer and everything functional. Super convenient if you need something in between, for example when you just arrived in the area.
Had a great experience with my first Blueground rental, so I decided to rent from them for a longer stay. The new unit was in a sketchy street, the building was not well maintained, I was followed by a man with syringes the first night I arrived. I contacted them for help, filled a request and after waiting for 5 DAYS to get back to me, they told me they could offer me an option to file for 30 days to vacate. So I have to stay here for 30 days if I want to get out of the contract, even as I tell them I feel VERY unsafe in the area. TERRIBLE service.
We had a very good stay for 5 weeks.Would surely recommend to my friends n family.Excellent people at reception always smiling.
Worst support ever. once you completed the transaction. no one will answer your questions anymore or like you have to wait for 2-3 days to get a reply and the reply is very generic and useless not trying to solve the problem. and my apartment has no AC or even a fan. think about how hot it would be in the summer.
Ive lived in a Blueground unit for almost 2 months and have been extremely frustrated with the poor experience. I would think twice especially if coming for work.Its pretty expensive, even with COVID discounts, and so I expected a baseline level of responsiveness and functionality. For example:- When my WiFi stopped working, it took them 4 days to respond to my e-mail about it. I ultimately had to fix it myself.- My building had 2 pre-planned multi-hour fire alarm drills in the middle of work days, but Blueground failed to pass on the message to me. This resulted in embarrassing interruptions to important phone calls and me being stranded outside without the ability to work for multiple hours.- I constantly have to call to ask for access for my own packages and to book reservations for the gym (instead of a system that would allow me to do this automatically). That would be fine, except Im always getting excuses about why this isnt possible, resulting in me getting my packages 7+ days after they were delivered or me only being able to get 2 gym appointments for the entire time Ive been here.
Exquisite experience. The apartment was super clean, high quality furniture that matched the photos and more. The Blueground team was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Customer service at its finest and they will be my absolute first choice next time Im in need of a furnished apartment.
Call today at 3:45 PM to get information on a unit at 240 Lombard and schedule a viewing. The woman who answered the call was totally rude and extremely unprofessional. When one is renting an apartment the size of a shoebox for over $4,000 a month - service should be a given not a nice thing to have item. The company claims to record the calls, hopefully they will review the call and deal with the employee who rudely handled our inquiry.
So far our stay is going very well...My pups are happy too!
Handy location near transportation. Felt safe. Grounds kept clean. Only problem I had was receiving packages. Front office wasnt always sure where missing items might be. LSeven seemed to lack communication with with BG.
Staff was incredibly responsive, all appliances and services in the apartment/apartment building worked as expected, and the space was immaculate. No hidden fees or other fees - the experience from start to finish was exceptional. Would highly recommend.
I spent 1.5 years living in one of their units in the heart of SF. It was the best time in my life. Blueground team is professional and always responsive to my requests. Cant be happier with my stay.
Spent two months in a Blueground apartment in SF and I will never rent from them again. They are totally unscrupulous, and include so many hidden fees and charges, that the amount you end up paying is almost double what they list on their website. They were nice to me when I asked to be switched from an apartment in a completely sketchy neighborhood (piles of human excrement and tents right outside the front door. I was verbally assaulted by a vagrant as well - the last straw). They moved me into an equivalent unit in a safer area right away. I thought about extending, but they wanted to jack the rent up by 1000/mo - during the covid pandemic!! I said no thanks, found an Air bnb - but went back to check the listing a few days later and it was back down to the original price. SO shady. Now Im dealing with their deceptive invoicing (I was charged 400 bucks more than what the invoice lists) and Im just over them.
This is much much much better than Airbnb.

As a digital nomad I get to travel quite a lot and I know how painful it can be to settle into a new location. When I first stayed in a Blueground apartment in SF I was delighted with how seamless it was to move into my new temporary home. From the moment I received the keys to the moment I checked out, everything was perfect: the apartment, the furniture, the guest support etc. I will definitely stay again in a Blueground apartment
I took a special discount of winter season. 2400 + utilities.500 Beale St. Its near bay, near Muni stops, near google SF office.I made all the reservation, payment thru internet in 1 day,They has a mobile app to be informed of all the facilities, wifi, laundry info. I made the checkin and checkout process without necessity of a clerck.They have an office to receive your letters and packages from delivery services. They inform you when a package arrives to pickup even in saturdayI enjoyed to stay there.
I stayed three months in an apartment in south beach. The furniture in the house was exceptional and the view was amazing! The staff was really helpful too, I totally recommend.
Do not recommend. Go with AirBnb
