The driver showed up 10 min early. He helped me with my suitcase and was very polite. We had a good conversation and his driving was great. No hard breaking despite some traffic. We arrived at the airport as scheduled. The car was very clean and spacious. Awesome service.

I left the office late and forgot my bag. Once I realized, we had to turn around head back through crazy traffic. And then he drove me to different airport to catch the only flight left heading home. He was super flexible and courteous. Very much appreciated during this challenging evening!!

Excellent service! They always arrive 20 minutes ahead of schedule, if not 30 minutes to keep my mind at ease that I will always be on time. Their drivers make me feel safe and taken care of - and are also extraordinarily professional and friendly.

Driver was on tine and very courteous. Loaded and unloaded my bags. He was a safe driver as well. He even did an extra drive around since i wasn’t sure i had closed the garage door. I hadn’t so thank you.

Our driver arrived earlier than expected but I didn’t feel the least bit rushed. It was a pleasant drive to the airport, he drove well and made us feel comfortable. My daughter will be headed to college in California in the fall so I will be using their services routinely.

UCS Limo Service is a great service, especially when compared to similar services in other cities. It has friendly drivers, they are always willing to help, all drivers are well-mannered and courteous. We have used them on multiple occasions and never had any trouble. I give them an A+ rating.

Driver thoroughly embarrassed us by driving our van into a restricted residential neighborhood, claiming not to know we werent allowed there. Seems like knowledge that a professional, local driver should possess.

Great company and excellent customer service. Ive been using UCS for over 7 years. On several occasions my manager has ended his meetings early (15 minutes) and Ive called for an early pick-up only to find out the driver is already waiting. This makes my manager very happy and it makes me look super efficient. Ive used UCS in the Bay Area, Los Angeles and Sao Paulo, Brazil. When I need car service for my managers or for myself, this is the first place I call. If you want dependability and professionalism, look no further.

The car was top notch as expected and the chauffeur was great. The chauffeur helped with bags and even went out of his way to make an unplanned stop I requested.

Booked and prepaid for a van though Virgin atlatic Airline after arriving home from London round trip in upper class. Virgin Atlantic chose UCS to pick us up at 4:50PM. Mieko Sakuma shows up in a 4 passenger sedan with not enough room for us (3) and our luggage. First thing she says to me is your luggage isnt going to fit. I said ya that is why I booked a van, I told her I have the copy of my prepaid (almost $600) for a van registration and went to show her, she rudly turns away and says, I dont need to see that! This is not my fault or my problem. This is the company7 that booked us gave us the wrong info. I then said I would need to find another ride (Since i have a 2 hour trip home) if they could not accommodate., I could take another cab home, she said YOu ar not allowed to do that. I said of course I am if you can not take us, I want a refund. She said NO REFUND, you WIll NOt get a refund. So I said if you donot give me a refund and you can not give us a ride home, I will sue you for the refund. She then got on the phone with her manager and held her phone up to my face and said See she is yelling at me (I have this all on video) I then talk with her manager who was very nice and apologized and said he did not have a van or SUV large enough to get me home so he will send a second car to drive my stuff home and should be there in 5 min. Also told me the driver was instructed to apologize (which she never did) And and said she does not make the decisions about refunds. It was a heat wave in San Francisco, as we waited in the hot sun at the curb with this driver as she sat in her air conditioned vehicle, the second car did not show up until 6:05PM . My son and I and my sister were not told we should go inside and wait and she would come get us when the second driver showed up, or that we could waitin the car and she wait outside for the second driver whom we waited over 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Since half of my luggage was in her car, I had to go up to the passenger window and knock on it to tell her not to leave without the other driver showing up. We had to take 2 cars home and because of her attitude, I did not trust her with my stuff unsupervised, so I had to send my sister with her and half of our luggage for an awkward 2 hour drive home. We did not get home until around 9:15PM. WE live in Sacramento. She never apologized and I have not received a full refund, which I will demand at very least. I also have not received a call back from owner of company as I requested. I am also going to make sure I post the video of the treatment I received and will let Virgin Atlantic know how their Upper class booking client was treated, I am sure they will not be to happy to hear this. Mieko Sakuma needs to be fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back up driver was awesome, one of the coordinators at the airport was very rude when I asked why my initial driver was given away. Upon arrival at the airport I had to wait 20 minutes for the back up driver. That made me late for my meeting.
