Awful and incompetent! Typical of what you can get these days in our time and in our places. We live in a world where little children from supposed third world countries can repair and fix things better than adults from the Super Power. So these bunch of adults run a business acting like they are professionals yet their best skill is collecting cash.I dropped off my Hitachi pneumatic stapler over there for a rebuild because I believe they are supposed to be some kind of authorized service center. Anyhow, when I got it back, I put it away ready for the next pertinent project. When the project came around, I tried to use the stapler and it failed very quickly. This was many months after I had gotten the tool back but it had never been used, not even once and now it was already failing. The price of the rebuild was 2/3 of the price of the tool replacement but it did not make sense to throw the tool away. Of course I went back over there to get the problem corrected and got rejected. Enough said..

I had a grinder for a long time and was not ready to give up on it. They were able to help me repair by just replacing a small part. Total cost 11$ . Im really happy with them. It may not be as easy for all my tools but it was for this one.
