Flew the Blackbird Sausalito-Lake Tahoe route and loved every minute of it!! No traffic & gorgeous views the entire time! So simple to book & purchase tickets all on their app! Best part was being able to just arrive at the airport and take off with no security, lines, etc. Their customer experience team had everything ready for me before, during and after the flight! Will def be flying Blackbird again & looking forward to every new route they launch!

DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. Please use common sense and travel with licensed charter companies or even airlines. Yes it might suck but this is about safety. Let me say this, You get what you pay for; If something happens that gets you stuck somewhere, you may not be able to get back. None of these people understand this industry; They dont get that you cant innovate this space simply by being another Uber and hope if theyre persistent enough, laws will change. Countless times that concept has been shut down and they dont seem to understand that.If you were to fly with someone from this, there is a good chance that person has not been PROFESSIONALLY trained.

Think twice before you risk your life on this “Uber-pool” private plane startup. What a disaster! I flew from Truckee to San Carlos on MLK wknd for $50, but I got what I paid for. Minus the things out of their control (ie. gridlock in Tahoe, bad weather), I basically got booted from flight to flight until there were no more flights and got stuck at the airport. Their customer service and general problem-solving tactics were so pathetic - (1) no customer service number just a chat bot (2) too little too late updates on next flight or seat info (3) lots of worthless apologies with no actual fixes. Don’t put your life in the hands of a bunch of startup teenagers. They’re one crash away from “I told you so”.
