The reason I would like to see a dentist is because food always stuck in my molar tooth. I then chose Zak Dental and they provided me with a treatment plan. I trusted them and immediately paid $1.4K after insurance for the treatment.The dentist named Chung did 5 fillings for me. However, my issue still exists since food still stuck. At the same time, every single filled tooth has different level of pains.I went back there twice. The first time he just slightly sanded one of the 5 teeth and asked me to go back and wait for another week. I said my whole mouth was painful and couldn’t eat comfortably. He didn’t care and didn’t even have a minute to talk to me but asked the nurse to communicate with me back and forth and ended up telling me to take pain relief pills.One week later, I went there again with all teeth still painful. Even my face and head were painful. He was so busy with other patients at my appointment time and made me wait there for more than an hour. He then re-filled just one of the 5 painful teeth, but the pain still existed after I got home. Also, he cracked one of my teeth during the treatment which I could clearly feel and see. But he ignored my concerns twice. I guess he wouldn’t want to talk to me because he didn’t want to admit that he did a terrible job.It’s been a month and I’m still suffering pains. I have to make appointments again and again hoping someone else could fix the problems for me. I don’t know how long I have to suffer this pain. They don’t care since I’m still waiting for them to make an appointment……

Finding someone to look after your teeth is not an easy thing. Been looking around to find one that suits me, and then I went to Dr Zak Plaza Dental. This office is pleasant, very clean and follows health standards. The staff are extremely professionals. The x-ray tech and the dentist take great length of time to do thorough examination and use latest technology in dental field. My doctor has a great sense of humor which makes the visit pleasurable. The outcome is remarkably satisfying. Yeah, Ive found my place.

My Doctor, assistant, front desk, call center and Virtual Doctor and Tc are all kind and very helpful. Tina and Miranda are nice and friendly.

Grateful to have Dr. Chung around for careful assessment of each of my concerned teeth thats causing my upper gum swollen, found a growth of infection that leads to abscess and proceed to the root canal treatment (1st part). Next appointment was for the 2nd/last part, reassessed and retreated. Gums swelling subsided. The headache is gone also. Thanks to the magical touch of Dr. Chung.

My impacted wisdom teeth were pulled out by Dr Zak Dental. My dentist did a really fast procedure and that was such a relief, coz Ive been into pain for months already. I thank this office for the quick and efficient customer service.

I drive an hour and 21mins to reach this office and never feel sorry. The office provides courtesy calls and reminders for all of my appointments. I can reach them easily through online and SMS. Dr. Chung is highly qualified in taking care of teeth. For me, having a good dentist like him is like finding a treasure, because dentistry is such a work of art. Nice people around. I just moved to the San Dimas area and was looking for a new dentist and stumbled upon Dr. Zak Dental Care. I made an appointment and off the bat the receptionists were very kind and thorough during the process of getting me set up to make an appointment. I got X-rays and pictures taken in the office and a week later met with the dentist over a zoom call. The dentist showed me my x-rays and walked me through my chart, providing me with satisfactory care. Everything with this office has been very well organized and structured with the added bonus of all of the workers being so incredibly kind and friendly. Do recommend seeing them for dental care

There’s a doctor here by the name of Chung. He has absolutely no regard for his patients’ well-being. Screwed up simple fillings in my teeth, had to go back three times and after hours and hours of wait times, never could fix the issue. Now I’m left with a tooth badly cracked because of his lousy filling job. Seemingly very corrupt individual (the only one at this facility btw). There’s other more responsible dentists everywhere in SGV you can take your loved ones to. You’ve been made aware.

Went in to this dental office as a new patient recently, and I was so pleased at how nice all the staff members were. The office took many extra precautions due to covid, which definitely made me feel comfortable and at ease during my entire visit. Due to the contactless check in and having no people in the waiting room, you’re basically seen right away with no down time. I was in and out of my appointment in about 30 minutes or even less. I was so pleased with my first visit and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to come here.

Zak Dental took my husband in a hurry while he was having a dental emergency. He was in so much pain and they didnt hesitate to get him taken care of while he waited for oral surgery. Tina, the office manager, is so great about explaining everything and making sure that you have all the information you need. Keep up the great work!

This was my first time at this location. Even though I was late to my appointment, they were still able to take me in despite how busy they were. I had to wait for a very long time, but the staff was very kind and hospitable. Dr.Chung did a great job with my cleaning, I highly recommend him!

Not easy to find a good dentist, But everything is here in Dr Zak. Quality service, honest Doctor and staff.

Has the gentlest doctor, absolute best cleaning ever!

I needed a root canal on my two front teeth because they were displaced after a sports related accident. In early Febuary I went in to receive x-rays and was told that I could get the procedure done by their endodontist in a matter of weeks. I was grateful and relieved to hear the news. Sadly, after two whole months of trying to go through with this procedure I was consistently given the run around. How a dental office with such credibility could do this to someone in dire need is beyond me...

I came here on 8/12/20 and was taken such good care of by Jenny! She was absolutely incredible, I appreciated her taking the extra precautionary steps such as, having me wash my hands upon arrival, she had me gargle with a special solution; steps that I know are being taken to help fight this COVID-19 pandemic. I went to a different dental office last week AND THEY DID NOT TAKE THESE EXTRA STEPS...safe to say I will not return there. Im so appreciative that Dr. Zaks Dental was able to take me on as a patient, as well as get me in almost immediately! They were short staffed this day and it took slightly longer to actually be seen, but Jenny absolutely made it worth the wait, she was so kind and made me feel like I was in really good hands. She literally took care of me from the moment I checked in, to doing the x-ray exam, to booking my next apt, she was quite the multi-tasker. Then theres my new friend Amanda!! She called me TODAY on 8/13/20 to ask how my apt and overall experience was..she was the sweetest person Ive probably ever spoken to over the phone. The customer service at Dr. Zaks Dental is really incredible and I cant imagine going any where else when it comes to my Oral Care. Thank you so much Jenny & Amanda! You girls are doing a great job on the front lines fighting this COVID-19 Pandemic.

So my wife and I just moved to San Dimas oh about a year ago from Northern California.So we had to find a new dentist when my wife had an emergency dental issue.Being new we had to rely on our dental insurance to find a dentist for us and so far we are thrilled with Dr. Zack. Not only are they just down the street from our house, but the dentist explained everything step by step and did my wife’s cleaning herself! We feel very comfortable when we have our dental visit the staff are amazing and professional. We would like to say thank you to Gabby for helping and working with us when my wife needed to an appointment. Staff are very welcoming. Manager Tina was welcoming, the receptionist Gabby was nice and helpful, and Dental Assistant Sophie was gentle and quick. Dr. Rochi was honest and real. Al the staff seemed down to earth, funny, honest, and showed real concern for my oral health. My next appointment is Monday. And for sure I’ll keep my regular 6 months appointments. I promise.

I have had a great experience at the new Dr. Zak Dentistry . The doctor is a great Dentist, Dr.Roshi. I feel very Confident in her work. She is very thorough. The hygienist also does a great job, in cleaning my teeth . They all work together as a team, and do a great job .

My family and I have been going to Dr. Thomas for 15 years every 6 months and today my Son who is 21 Senior at University went for an appointment. I asked when you move will you come back every 6 months to Dr. Thomas, he said of course she makes us feel like family. What an awesome answer. We trust her and she has an amazing staff. One of Kind!!!P. S. my first career was a dental assistant so I was pretty picky. :)

Shes my families dentist and has done great work! I have 2 boys who are very young and they love her too. We looked for a long time for a good dentist and have only found 2 who were top notch. Dr. Thomas is one of them.

Friendly and helpful staff. The wait for just a cleaning took way too long (about 45 minutes) to only be seen by the doctor for 5 minutes and the assistant ended up doing everything else.

For a dentist, which I do hate going, this was a great experience. I had to have a crown put on. They did the procedure and put a temporary crown on it, the dr made sure I felt no pain. She is a wonderful dentist thank you.

Had to make a dental office change. This is always hard because I feel that most dental offices want to upsell you over and above what insurance companies pay.Dr Roshi and Dr Mai are both cheerful and patient with my many questions.Front desk staff Tina and Gabby are wonderful. Tina has been so patient with all my coverage questions and does not pressure me to get everything done at once. Denise and Sophia also are patient with my anxiety.Highly recommend this office.

This service at this dental office is outstanding. Gabby, Tina, Sophia, Denise, and Dr Rossi all very friendly and professional.

I am more disappointed by this dentist office every time that I go. I am always early to my appointments, but they are constantly over a half hour late to begin the appointment. The last time that I came in, I literally had to wait 2 hours until they saw me. This office is characterized by horrible time management that makes me dread going to the dentist.

This is a negative review of Dr. Fraker, at Plaza Dentist in San Dimas. He is a harsh, uncaring, and substandard dentist. He is short-tempered, and blames the patient for his shoddy work. He started a crown procedure on my son’s tooth and was then replaced by another dentist, Dr. Thomas because he couldn’t get the job done.He not only cut my son’s tongue then had to give him stitches (which happens once in a while) but sent him home without ANY prescriptions for pain medication or instructions on what to do if he had problems!!! My son went to emergency two days later on Sunday because of pain and bleeding.The first permanent crown Fraker tried to put on my son’s tooth shattered in my son’s mouth. The next two permanent crowns he attempted didn’t cover the holes where the food comes in, so they were substandard and defective. Then Fraker BLAMED MY SON for the problems with the crowns!!!In a meeting to discuss these incidences, he compared the situation to someone looking at the back of his hair after a haircut and not being satisfied with the job!!! Basically, either saying that my son was crazy or that he was being picky!!! In either case, this is very unprofessional behavior and demeaning of my son who is disabled.After this nightmare, Dr. Thomas took over and finished the procedure. In all, it took 3 months to get a permanent crown from Plaza Dental in San Dimas because of Fraker’s shoddy and substandard work. DONT GO THERE!!! IM FILING A CONSUMER COMPLAINT TO THE DENTAL BOARD OF CALIFORNIA.
