PostNet does all our school spirit banners and our school spirit yard signs. They help with creating designs too. They are always very professional, friendly and turn around time is quick! Love that help our community school!

Have been coming hear for years but no more. The staff is normally very helpful but came in today and the employee couldnt be bothered to try and print my stuff. Not worth the minimum wage im sure he is pulling down.

Dont let the Hours Open on Google and the front door fool you. They like to close up 20+ minutes before 7PM somewhat frequently. I have an obligation to my customers to ship same day and also work a full-time job outside of being a reseller and entrust our local businesses to assist me with my hectic schedule, granted they stay open to their advertised time. Maybe they should change it from: 8:30AM-7PM to 8:30AM-Whenever We Feel Like It!

Maybe they are good at mail, this guy had no business behind the counter.Needed business cards and wanted to know my options. He says, it depends on what you want. He fumbled around the counter looking for random cards scattered on the counter. “We don’t copy other cards?was never a question.

Their shipping services are great but NEVER go there for lamination.I went in at 1 p.m. to do a simple lamination, I paid $1.25 for it, BUT it took ONE WHOLE HOUR and they messed it up!It was empty, nobody was in line and I was the only one there who is requesting lamination. There were two workers, an old lady and a young lady. I thought a lamination would took 15 minutes at most but no, 1 hour, if you have an hour to waste go ahead and do it.The old lady didnt know how to use the machine so she had to ask the younger lady how to do it. After the old lady laminated it, it was not properly laminated because the edges were not sticking to each other. The younger lady offered to cut the lamination but she didnt leave anything around the edges and the lamination re-opened SO they had to re-laminate it, cool no problem let me waste more time.THEN, the cut that the younger lady did was ON THE PAPER so instead of door it said doo on it. I had to go back home, reprint the paper, wasted more time and ink and went back there because the man who answered the phone said okay we will redo it for you again for free.I went back there and forgot the broken one that they did and he wouldnt laminate the paper for me.I loved this place ever since the ownership changed, but because of this stupid laminating problem I dont know if Ill ever be returning? Maybe if its my last resort then Ill go there.Honestly if I had the lamination paper with me I would have just ironed my lamination and it would have been so much better and less time consuming.Save your time and money and laminate yourself, you can go there for shipping though they are really nice. Its such a shame I have to give 1 star because thanks to them I am late for my class and I wasted my gas, ink, paper, money, and time. Thank you post net.

The customer service at PostNet is beyond expectations! I designed my own wedding invitations and had them printed at this PostNet location in San Dimas, CA. Not only was the pricing reasonable, they did a fantastic job.Im embarrassed to admit this, but they also caught a MAJOR error on my part, which saved me from a TON of hassle and frustration. I could not believe it when one of the store owners called me from Las Vegas, to let me know he had been reviewing the online orders and came across my invitations. He asked if I had already mailed them out to my guests. Thank goodness I hadnt! Can you believe that despite having MANY friends and family members review my invitations, not a single person caught the fact that the actual date of my wedding was not included anywhere! If it hadnt been for the PostNet owner calling me, I would have sent them out as is.Even further, he offered to re-print my invitations for free and his staff had them ready the very next morning.Thank you!!! I cannot express how grateful I am. They truly care about their customers.
