This store service is great and jewelry quality is excellent. My husband and I went to Y2K Jewelers to change my ring size to a larger size today,it was done under a hour for no charge and also Polish. It looks Brand new. I am very pleased with the Service.

This place is terrible. I went in to sell a ring that I no longer wanted. The owner told me to come back next weekend and we would buy it. When I came back, he offered me less than what he agreed to the weekend before and then told me he wouldn’t buy it. Why would I waste my time and come back if you were going to try and low ball me and then turn me away. Don’t go here.

Very friendly. Was looking for bracelet band for antique watch which is an odd size. Elissa spent lots of time with me and even customized the band for me. Will definitely be coming back
