They are courteous friendly and very popular on a Sunny Friday morning. For all the cars it went faster than I anticipated. Got the exterior package.Inside is decorated old school country. There is a Barber and a jeweler inside! Brought 3 broken necklaces to have fixed. They will be ready next day. Car looks awesome! 4 because they didn’t put my floor mats back right. Highly recommend. Feel good to have it clean again

My wife and I do our best to support local businesses and we decided to come to this local car wash despite the 2 and 1/2 star rating. We should have known better. We took it upon ourselves to empty the trash in our car prior to having it washed so that the attendant could clean it without anything in the way. We had just come from the gym so my protein shake was in the cup holder. It was the only item left in the car.After they signaled that it was ready, we noticed that the cup was emptied and there were now wet splotches on the seats where they attempted to barely clean up and drop of my shake on the center console and shifter in addition; The front of the car was soaking wet as if it hadnt been dried at all.When we asked what happened to the inside, the manager Gabriel stated that he didnt know whether or not it was like that prior or after they had washed it, insinuating that we had spilled it!We understand that accidents happen, but to blame a customer for something that they blatantly did is extremely unprofessional.Unfortunately we cannot recommend that anyone go here if they care about customer service and quality. Youre better off washing it yourself or at a drive through car wash.

Excellent wash and the detailers do an amazing thorough job. I tip them well because they go above and beyond other car washes.

Being from Missouri, we dont have car washes like they have in California! That being said this place is amazing! Ive never seen a car wash that had a barbershop and a jewelry store in it! But the real deal is they do an amazing job! Definitely the place to go!!

I love this car wash for a lot of reasons, they leave my truck looking great, open till 6:00 pm while the other ones in the area close at 5:00 pm and friendly staff.

These guy did amazing! I bought a car that someone was living in with their dog and then the guy died in that the cops found him three day later. Then the truck sat for 6 month in a tow yard.  Truck looks amazing after their detailing service!

I bought a used car and needed a detailed cleaning. I took it to Bonita Car Was and was super happy with the outcome. From start to finish the guys there were very professional. The gentleman who greeted me was very helpful and the guys doing the work were fast and through. Im very happy with the car detail and Im recommending them if you need a car washing or detail.

Fair prices. Service members do an excellent job when the place isnt busy. If you go during prime traffic times (lunch breaks, after work, weekends) youll find that theyll cut a few corners. Will definitely be going back though!

I like the convenience of this car wash, have been going for years.Lately, washes and final wiped downs have not been the best. If they do a little bit better on final wipe down, i would make this a 5 star review!

From the time I get there to the time I leave, the experience is excellent. They are engaging, professional, courteous, hard-working and go the extra mile to make you satisfied and happy! All the men are respectful and the receptionist is so sweet and helpful. I even had my 3 Gucci watches fixed there by Bonita Jewelers and that family did an awesome job!There is also a hairdresser and a mini-store there. They always make my and my cars day! Sooo I’ve been going to this car wash for years and I went there today and I’m shocked as to what a VIP car wash gets you. I got into my car after tipping the guy and the whole inside was still dirty..After these winds you could see the dust on my dashboard. Needless to say, I had to bring it home and start cleaning it. The back seat still had dog hair all over it and was not even vacuumed well.More quality rather then quantity. We are paying customers, treat them so they will return. Don’t scare them away.

I paid $60 and got $30 worth I felt like. The trunk was still dirty and the floor still had dirt on it. Just stuff like that. I will stick to my power washer, vacuum & armorall ahah.

They have a desire to assure each customer gets the very best wash they can provide. If your not happy, they will wash it again. I drive from 3 cities away to get my cars washed.

Today for first time in many that I was very satisfied, I paid vip wash with wax and my car came out dirty and without any shine. I talked with the manager a bad educated person, who said my car needs new paint not wax and that it is ok If I dont come back.

I have been bringing my vehicles to this car wash and have been happy with it since the last time. I have been told they have changed owner, and I guess new owner comes with emplyees with attitude problem.So sad to see such a successful business going down to waste.All it was I asked if they have any specials, I was interested getting my car waxed and clayed and they didnt even bother to do any discount. I guess what upset me most is not that they didnt apply a discount as they usually do, it is more the attitude of either take it or leave it.

Fairly quick even when they are very busy. Can fill up your tank if you want. They also have a pretty nice waiting area. I’ve been trying to find a good car wash in the area after moving here and they are the best ones yet! Always do a thorough job. Fairly priced as well.

Our truck needed a good clean so we decided to try this place out. Upon driving up we told the man we wanted a wash that will clean the exterior well, he recommended the VIP which was on the upper end of washes. Upon finish, there were many spots left behind on the windshield, hood, roof and fenders. The wheels and tires were also not cleaned which was one the things that were upgraded in the package. We also did not receive an air freshener. Very disappointed, we wont be coming back.

Not good, they failed to close the door on the Driver side passenger door, my brand new 2021 Ram truck seat all soaking wet, did find out until I got home and they said NOTHING!

Decided to pay for the works ? $30 bucks down the drain! Not worth it! Usually really pleased with their service! Outside looks nice inside still very dirt, didn’t even vacuum well. Couldn’t even get back to complain. Don’t think I’ll be back!

Good wash

I dont get it. Why do a bad job and lose customers? I went one time before, no real problem. Today I took my car and it looked OK as I got in. I came out from work and noticed the WHOLE passenger side was completely covered with water spots. My car had dried in the sun before the attendant could wipe it off. He knew about it of course - how could he not - but he chose to ignore it. They could at least have sprayed it off and wiped it down. Whats the big deal? I will never go back if this the level of customer service they offer. How that person thought this was acceptable is beyond me, or why management isnt interested in what the employees are doing. . Close to my work, but I will drive farther for a decent job.

Went for a 26 dollar hand car wash for my whip. Next day realize one of the emblem letter is missing. They wash your car without care, just can’t get the job done right.🙁

Laziest car wash ever, paid $20 and go about the same result of a dollar wash. Had to move the car forward to let a lady parked behind me out. Windows were not clean at all, especially the inside on 3 of 5 windows. To treat my brand new car like that, and not even line up, much less put the floor mats on the little holders for them is insane. When I pulled up, I asked if anything would touch my car going through, answered no, liar, there is a giant brush that is supposed to clean tires and rims. It seems to spread this mess all over the door as well. I asked for new car smell as car was 2 weeks old, they never sprayed anything in the car. I did tip the guy 2 bucks, before I inspected the car, I would guess this is how they are trained, to just rush through anything less than a 100 dollar detail. I would not even let this place touch my car again after I saw what it looked like when they finished. Thankful for the lesson learned.

I paid for a wash, wax, and vacuum. I still have dirt in my carpets (I don’t even have the seats in my car), and it barely looks like they washed it. A horrible waste of money. They tried to tell me I didn’t buy the right thing and that would have been $200. I’ll go somewhere else from now on. Don’t waste your time here.

Very disappointed in the quality of service.II purchased the VIP wash, however I dont feel important. I just left this car wash and as Im driving home the passage side windsheld and windows were still dirty and had water spots. : ( I call and spoke to the manager, so I will return tomorrow so he can inspect the car further. I will revisit this comment once this is resolved.

The car washes here have never been perfect. My last visit was horrible! They vacuuming job was terrible. The guy who was wiping down everything didnt even try to clean the inside. There was a weird oil residue on my steering wheel and cup holder in my back seat. Overall Im never coming back here. Youre honestly better off just washing your car yourself.

With their monthly emailed car wash coupons the price is reaaonable. Do a walk around your vehicle when its ready to make sure all debris got removed. Sometimes their machines miss stuff.

They did a pretty good job on my car. Not the best looking job though. However forgot to Wash my mats and couldnt find them at first... and then they forgot to give me my air freshener... i waited an extra 17 mins for them juat to locate my mats!! and another 6 minutes for an air freshener...

Best car wash in San Dimas. They really only surface clean, but if you ask them to do certain things, they usually do. I had a cup holder in the back that my son had smushed a granola bar into...and they missed it the first time, but got it after I pointed it out.
