We hired Anderson reconstruction after seeing a Remodel of a kitchen that they did and we were so happy we did. Craig and his team are amazing. After explaining to Greg what we had in mind for our kitchen he drew up a drawing and added some touches that we didn’t even think of. I thought I would need to take some items out but Craig made it work! Our kitchen is amazing! His team has been with him for many years. I never felt worried leaving them by themselves Shannon is awesome!! She is very organized and keeps you up to date on everything! . Anytime I changed my mind, they were quick to make the changes! I had the pleasure to witness the incredible and dramatic changes Anderson Reconstruction accomplished with a Glendora property. If you can remember the homes on Hoarders reality show, this would have been on there. Anderson came in, completely demolished, deep cleaned, removed trash, rat infestation and feces. Not only did they do an amazing job removing unwanted guests, and cleaning out the property, they completely went above and beyond in remodeling the property! You can walk in to this home, and think its brand new! The details that went into the property can definitely be noticed and appreciated. Anderson chose to select only the best quality items, and chose to do the best quality work. This home is now the wow factor of the neighborhood. With a brand new roof, a/c, plumbing and electrical; the home was completely re done from top to bottom. The final finishes were of high quality and cannot compare to your typical remodel. If you are looking for new, fresh and a true designers taste, speak to Shannon, their project manager.

We highly recommend Anderson Reconstruction for the excellent work they did on our house following a significant flood from our washing machine. Shannon Anderson, our project manager, was quick to provide knowledgeable and helpful responses to our questions or concerns. Shannons work team was comprised of skillful, efficient, friendly, tidy, and dependable people who were respectful of our home. While the project seemed big and very important to us, it was clearly not the biggest project Anderson was working on at the time, but Shannon always made us feel like our job deserved her attention and expertise. We did quite a bit of comparison shopping before we selected Anderson Reconstruction and we found their prices to be fair. Shannon quickly earned our confidence and trust. It was a pleasure to work with Shannon Anderson and her team. Our home is back together now, and were grateful to Anderson Reconstruction! We hope to work with them again on future (planned) projects.

I partnered with Anderson Reconstruction on a major remodel/resell project. This house was in terrible (I mean terrible) shape and needed to be almost completely gutted and rebuilt. We redesigned the floor plan to give us a more open design, reconfigured the master bathroom, added a laundry room, opened up and redesigned the kitchen, new windows throughout, new roof, landscaping.. you name it, we did it. Overall, working with Anderson Reconstruction was an awesome experience. Greg has been a general contractor for over 35 years so he knows it all, literally, he has an answer for just about every question. Shannon was in charge of design and managing the project and she did an excellent job picking out all of the right pieces to make the house look and feel like a home. All of the work was done in-house by their crew and as you can see from the pictures, they did an outstanding job. Going into this project we had a fixed budget but as the project went on that number increased. Not because we were careless with our funds but because we cared about the way this house was built and appeared. Shannon only allowed for quality materials and fixtures, even the drywall throughout is skim coated to give the house a modern and clean feel. Anderson Reconstruction wont put their name on mediocre work and that goes for even a project they know they are going to sell. In the end, the house was only on the market for 7 days and we accepted an offer for 10k over asking price. Anderson Reconstruction definitely knows what theyre doing and I hope to partner with them again in the very near future and would recommend them to anyone looking for remodel work

After having numerous estimates/bids for our hallway bath remodel we decided to go with Greg and Shannon at Anderson Reconstruction for the job. Here’s why:1: Attention to detail. I’m pretty particular on details but I think Shannon and Greg have me beat. They’re very knowledgeable and they thought of things that I didn’t even think of during the planning and actual remodel phase of the project.2: Management. Shannon managed the entire project and it was nice to know that she would visit almost daily to make sure things were progressing according to plan. If something came up, she was very prompt to bring it to our attention. There were times during the project that she suggested improvements and we are grateful for the wisdom she provided as the entire project turned out fantastic. They also handled the permitting/inspection and arranging for the Porta-potty for the workers at our house. I thought I was going to have to take care of all that, but they did it all!3: Custom cabinetry. They are able to custom make vanities/cabinets. The custom bathroom vanity/cabinets we got are above and beyond anything that we could have purchased at our local home improvement center or online. Gustavo, one of their jack-of-all-trades crew members, hit it out of the park on the build. He was super nice and would double-check details with us before finalizing the installation of fixtures/hardware.4: Cleanliness. Everyday after work, the crew would clean up after themselves. We have two small children at home so it was appreciated that the crew cleaned up to make the space safe for our whole family.5: Communication. Shannon would email or text updates regularly (pretty much daily) to keep us informed on the project and what the next steps would be and what to look forward to.6: Kindness. One thing that delayed the completion of our restroom was waiting for our Duravit lighted mirror to arrive. It was going to arrive 6-8 weeks after all the work was complete. Instead of asking me to install the mirror myself, Shannon told us to let them know when the mirror arrived so they could do the install for us.All in all, we were so impressed with Anderson that we’re already trying to decide on our next project with them.One thing to keep in mind, they’re really good, so that means they probably have projects lined up. Be flexible because they are worth the wait.

Such great service from this company! My parent’s rental home had some water damage and Anderson Construction was hired. Towards the end of completion, I took over for my parents and started working with Shannon - the project manager. She was responsive, kind, and patient to help get me up to speed so we could finish up as quickly as possible. Her knowledge was incredible and she truly had our best interest at heart. She made herself available right away to ensure we stayed on schedule. My family’s experience with a previous contractor was terrible and it was so refreshing to work with Anderson Construction. They truly care and work to get you exactly what you need. I highly recommend their services if you want an honest and hardworking company for your construction needs.

What a great company!! We had a few projects we were looking to have done....Turn a master bedroom closet into a Powder Room, construct a Corner Closet without adding additional sq. ft., Open an additional bedroom wall to an existing bathroom to create a mini-master and bring electrical hookup outside for a patio fan. We had (6) companies quote, Anderson Reconstruction was the Only company that was on time, didnt try to up-sell and understood exactly what we wanted to do and, their license & insurance were current. Shannon, their Product Manager was wonderful, very detailed with her estimates, if we had questions we were always able to reach her and she would explain in ways we could understand. She came to the job site daily to see how all was going.....Jorge & Gustavo, you couldnt ask for better, from start to finish they were very professional, their quality of work is Excellent!! They showed up as scheduled and prior to leaving each day, the job site was always cleaned up. The work was completed in the time frame quoted and, to top it all off a cleaning person came to bring all to sparkle before final payment. Words cant explain how happy we are!! Anderson Reconstruction was the ONLY contractor that remembered our names, responded promptly, and showed up on time for our consultation of the half-dozen we reached out to. Shannon was pleasant and optimistic when we were scared of the cost and the extent of the work, and was absolutely sensitive to our budget and communications with insurance and our mortgage company. Her off-the-cuff estimate was absolutely within our budget, and she had a written estimate in our hands exactly when she said she would. Not only was the estimate within our tight insurance-money budget, but it was formatted exactly the way our insurance requested and was approved by them immediately.I couldn’t be more pleased with the crew Anderson Reconstruction brought in to do the work. Gustavo and Jorge were courteous and tidy during demolition, and did it all in a day and a half! Even when we discovered additional damage and plumbing problems, Shannon and Greg were quick to respond and gave us a realistic, up-front look at exactly what needed to be fixed and why. The additional costs were reasonable and I had no fears that we were being “taken for a ride” due to their excellent communication. The extra repairs were even put into an updated estimate and sent to our insurance, who released another check to cover the cost!It was a priority for us to maintain the character of our home and to make sure our new bathroom “fit” with our 1960s ranch house. Gustavo handcrafted a custom vanity for us to match the existing cabinetry in the house that was a masterful blend of reproduction carpentry and modern convenience! The tile and finish work was done with the finesse and care of true professionals. Every detail, line, and oddity of the framework of the house was accounted for and handled expertly. Even on says we couldn’t personally be there to oversee construction, the crews were punctual, courteous, and left absolutely no trace of their presence in the rest of our house. Anderson Reconstruction even has Aida, a wonderful woman who came in once a week to make sure every part of our home was clean and free from drywall dust and construction mess. Shannon was practically on-call for the entire process and always took time to answer my emails and text messages whenever I had a question.By the end of the project, we were absolutely floored with the end result that was completed on-time and on-budget. Every part of the bathroom was done with precision and care, and done right. I truly feel like Anderson Reconstruction treated us like family, and though we are thrilled to have our bathroom done, we are sad to see them go. My only regret is that we did not find them sooner! I will exclusively use Anderson Reconstruction and vendors recommended by them in the future for my home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone in search of good, honest, skilled craftspersons.
