I have been a customer here for over two years. I needed to rent space for my parents relocation from Big Bear back to the area. Everett has been always helpful, courteous, and professional and explained every detail to me and both of my elderly parents..which brought much peace of mind. The facility is clean and well-run. I have just completed my rental and moved on and would be glad to rent here again. This public storage is in an extremely quiet area. At times youll see a few people here and there, but you arent bothered at all. Since Ive been a customer, Ive only seen the manager once: on the move-in day.Since its in a fairly nice location, easily accessible via the 210 freeway, youll pay a bit more for your storage. But definitely check out the online pricing ahead of time, its a bit discounted versus a walk in. The price online doesnt include insurance thats required, which they offer for fairly cheap depending on the value of your goodies.

This location is very clean and the staff is excellent. I have come a few time to help my parents with moving stuff. Everett and Curtis is always there to help if we ever need anything.

AVOID CAROL AT ALL TIMESI had an appointment at 5:30PM, 30 minutes before closing. Upon arriving to the facility, the doors were locked. CAROL got up and opened the door begrudgingly, telling me Oh, and just when I thought I would go home early.After looking at the storage unit, we went back to the office so I can finish purchasing the storage for the next couple of months. I wanted to buy the lock then and there. She handed me a lock that was out of the package. No big deal, but I wanted one still in the package. So I asked and she denied to give me a packaged one. She then proceeded to tell me how I should buy the unit and lock tomorrow. It was followed by a long speeh about a sale quota she wanted to reach and how Im gonna mess it up for her if I buy it then and there.I said thank you and left out of there. No way am I buying it from her.The next day that I came by, Everett was there. I recognized his name from the reviews I read about the storage place. He was /very/ patient and understanding about what had happened to me the day before. He apologized on Carols behalf and really saved my business from leaving this facility.Buying the storage unit was easy and stress free. Any questions I had, he would thoroughly answer them for me.I recommend coming here when CAROL isnt here. If you ever meet Everett, your* experience is guaranteed to be a great one.

Five stars for Everett.I requested to secure a unit the day I came in, and she keep insisting that I do it the next day so she can leave early!The day I wanted to sign my lease, it only costed about $70 per month.Because CAROL refused to have me sign my lease the day I came in, when I came back the next morning the PRICE CHANGE.IT COST ALMOST $100 PER MONTH INSTEAD OF $70 FOR THE SAME EXACT UNIT!!! That is an extra $360 per year for no reason!!!I called the Public Storage and they cant give me the old price even after I explained the situation, very unfair.Everett was very helpful when I came back, he explained everything thoroughly. I told him about what happened and he handled it professionally.But Carol is very unwelcoming, unprofessional and rude. When it is not even time to close, she locks the door during business hours. All she cares about is reaching her quota per month. Why work in customer service related job when you want to dictate your own closing time?

5 Stars from me! I reserved me space online. Very fast and efficient. As soon as I printed my receipt, my phone rang and it was Everett from Public Storage, introducing himself and asking when Id be in. We made arrangements for me to be there an hour later. Once we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly handshake. I immediately noticed how neat and clean the office and storage facility were kept. Everett walked us to our space, made sure we were satisfied, gave us instructions on how to use the lock and gate code, and completed the paperwork every quickly. A great experience, great rate, and great employee! Glad I chose Public Storage!

We only stored for a few months and while I was there the place was kelp very clean, including the restroom. It has been a painless experience and Id highly recommend this location.

This is a great place to store our things and the Manager Everett is always available to help. Today we were having problems getting our lock off the door to get to our stuff. We went to the office and explained our problem and he came out to the space and showed us the correct way to remove it. We had not been to our space for awhile and felt a little dumb after he got it off so easily, but our problem was solved!
