Cece Randolph went out of her way to help me! Other store next to and across the street from couldnt be bothered. I would recommend Simple Floors because of her decency!!

I love this flooring business. So welcoming and knowledgeable! Cece was the associate that helped me and truly went out of her way to help me. I had decided to order more flooring because I was expanding my 2 rooms. She really went out of her way to get the remaining flooring, since they had stopped using that manufacturer. I would use them for any other project I have coming up. Also referred a friend who also enjoyed their service.

This store is great for a wide variety of wood floors. I took home many samples until I found an excellent engineered wood. Joelle was very helpful & had a lot of patience. Their prices were reasonable.

Cece was great, attentive and very patient with us. They have a huge selection of wood, laminate and vinyl at reasonable prices.

I love my floors from Simple Floors! I needed my sub floor to be leveled and their installers did a great job. We are so happy with the finished product. This place has the best prices and selection, you can skip the other stores on Miramar and get what you want here.

Walking in, I felt immediately warmly welcomed by Joelle. She used the small piece of wood I brought her to find laminate flooring that looked to match my existing flooring. Joelle allowed me to take home a sample board to confirm their flooring would look good with my existing floor. Once home, I confirmed she had found the perfect match! Joelle was able to quickly order and have in store the laminate and padding I needed. She exhibited great customer service and was extremely friendly. Joelle went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend working with her!

Great service. See Thomas. He really know what he is talking about and they have a no pressure approach. We shopped around and their prices were a lot lower than competing stores even with contractor prices.

I walked in here by coincidence after receiving such a lack of customer service from neighboring businesses. Although I didn’t expect anything, I met Cece and she went above and beyond my expectations. She was so kind, understanding and so pleasant to speak with. I didn’t know this store existed, but once I walked in they left such a positive impression on me. That rarely happens in the remodeling industry. Cece learned our names and followed up in a non-pressuring way. Cece answered all my questions and gave us her time and knowledge. I honestly never received such spectacular service! Please consider this company before any other for flooring. They are sure to meet your needs and go above and beyond. Bravo!

Great customer service. I walked in one day after no success at finding a plank vinyl floor next door at a neighboring large flooring store. I did not have a sample but they listened to my description of what I wanted. They pulled 8 or 9 different samples. I was impressed with their efforts to provide a sample that would match my preference. I purchased the quantity I needed for my laundry room project. It arrived the next day. My Dad and I worked on this project together.Ww have since installed it. It looks good and it was easy peasy to install.

Went to the shop next door and ended up here, better prices and selection. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. We laid the floors ourselves. Happy hunting!
