Excellent inventory. Fair Prices. An excellent alternative to Costco Membership. Parking is easy. The food court has pizza and churros. They are doing some remodel additions to the warehouse. SELF checkout lines is a breeze, credit card only at self checkout. If paying with cash you have to go to a normal checkout line.

This recent shopping experience was horrible as i was rushed by management of this location and i couldnt complete my shopping at this store due to the store closing for the day and i did not appreciate this employee that spoke to me like that. I am very agitated and distressed over this manager at this location. I will shop at this location,though i do not wish to associate with this dude again.

Big box retailer selling bulk items at discounted prices. Theyve adhered completely with all of the preventive measures mandated by the CDC and local government authorities all while doing their best to keep items in high demand in stock.TP was always a challenge to find anywhere since the pandemic started, but I can gladly say that I have found it on the shelf in my last 2 visits. I didnt have to be there at the crack of dawn (pun intended) to do so; walked in late afternoon and there is was.They have very similar items & services as Costco, bakery/tire & battery shop/food court/pharmacy/photo center/rotisserie chickens, but not exactly the same brands.They also, like Costco, have a private label Members Mark brand that saves you even more vs name brands; I recently tried there paper plates/bowls and they were up to par with what Dixie offers.Going back social distancing measures; this is where I can say they are easily a step ahead of the game. Its a convenience that already existed before the pandemic, its called Scan & Go and makes waiting in line a thing of the past... you scan your items with your phone and checkout right from your phone!Another convenient option is curbside pickup; you dont even need to get out of your car! Its as easy as ordering online and paying for your order, choosing a pick-up day/time, waiting for Sams to text you that your order is ready, you let them know that you arrived and they will bring your order out to whatever # spot you parked in.Whats my favorite thing to buy there? The delicious watermelons of course! You cant find a sweeter watermelon anywhere! Unfortunately that are out of season right now.

Went in to check on Pharmacy order. Stopped in to see the Optometry department. The staff is so friendly and took the time to help me with fixing my glass frames. I bought the glasses at Sams Club and the lens popped out. I was in there for a short time while the frames were repaired and noticed how clean everything was in the department and the store. I left extremely happy and will be back soon for groceries and Pharmacy.

Sams Club is a great place to shop. I do wish we had a gas station here but aside that terrific staff with some great prices and products. Parking can be a bit of a hassle so I often call in and pick up. Service is very good.

Sams club is a great place to shop, great selection of items, great prices. Clearance bargains all the time so you find special deals. Inventory changes all the time, plus you still have your favorite merchandise too. You can find everything your looking for at Sams Club. Check it out!

Got a flat tire in the parking lot so I immediately went to the tire shop and right away a worker who just got off his break by the name of Ivan attended my situation right away. Great customer service and definitely knows what hes doing if I was his boss Id give him a raise immediately great experience overall. 👍

They are more expensive than Costco, but they have different items also which make it worthwhile. However, their member services desk is the worse! They are always shorthanded and very slow!Very frustrating!!

Lots of items to choose from. They had everything on my list with great savings too. Its a good place to shop for good, TVs, garden things, other electronics.

I dont know why Costco is such a rave here in SD, the one I went to was packed like rats where its hard to shop because everyone is in your way where I left very early with little to nothing and somehow spent $90.00!!!! $90.00 at Sams and my cart is full to the brim with items. Costco meat market sucked and didnt have common products that I usually use. Sams club is where its at, never foresaken me and I can shop peacefully and use my scan and go app because I hate waiting in line. Always have meat and good prices. Wish there was one closer to Tierrasanta. Always will be a Sams Club member!

Excellent service! Problems scanning an item, but it was take. Care of quickly. Plus, a young man was outside collecting buggies and was so nice and offered to take our buggy for us when we were finished putting our items in the car. He was professional and super nice and told us Merry Christmas and have a good day! That was great customer service and very appreciated! Thanks and Merry Christmas to all! 😁😁

Its a big store with lots of items sold in bulk for affordable prices. The staff is generally helpful and courteous. Call AHEAD pickup service is available.

Dont waste your money on their Pizza.Their Pizza barely have any cheese on it. Other Sams club locations are much better. Costco Pizza much more loaded with cheese and toppings.

I was greeted at the door where I showed my membership card. I also purchased pizza 2 meat lovers, 2 everything and 2 cheese. The cheese was dry. The other slices were good.

Great deals on everyrhing you could need or not need. Clean store. Super easy especially if you use the in store app & pay as you go. Wish Costco had one.

They are doing renovations at this club and moving things around which trips me up sometimes. This is the place i get things I know I will use and frequently, Sams club has the best deals and their brand items and fresh meats are also quality. The employees have always been nice and helpful.

Selection is much better and less crowded than Costco. The package size is also reasonable. I love the environment! Wish they open more branches in the SD and Bay area.

First time here...Great experience...Floor plans its almost like Costco...but different stuffs...for a $45 membership fee you get gift card $45...some of labels are not under exactly product...be careful😉...you will spend more that you plan 😄

Looks like they are currently doing a remodel. Great customer service. Really like the self checkout areas and love the scan and go portion of the app to make my visit to sams club that much more convenient and simple!

The service rep was very sweet and helpful. She did need to learn how to make adjustments easier/faster. The whole entire process took an hour.

I like Sams Club due to their variety of bulk products.What I am not fond of is the lack of employees due to being replaced by technology. There are more self checkout stations than employees. There was even a robotic floor cleaner that was not manned by a human, again another job taken away.***They do not pay consumers to check out their own items. I highly discourage consumers from using self-checkout as it takes away jobs from people who need them.There were no carts available in the store at all. I had to walk outside to find a cart which the first three were locked at the wheel.

I took both doses of the covid vaccine here and Mer took care of it. She was very professional and nice and I didn’t Hurt at all.

When coming to the Food Court, Malika cannot even take the right order she left out many items on my list and told me sorry there’s nothing she could do about it because she had a line I’m very disappointed they had nothing made already and she was very rude and her coworker just obeyed because she told me there’s nothing I can do about it so I’m gonna complain on here and hopefully she learns to take orders from people just wanting food for their money

This is a nice Sams Club in the Lemon Grove neighborhood of San Diego. Customer service is very good and the store is very clean. Not too busy mid-day, a less than 5-min wait to check out. Services offered at this location includes Pharmacy, Tire & Battery shop, Jewelry kiosk, Bakery, Butcher shop, Snack Bar and self service check out for most items.We like Sams Club because of their handy app that allows you to check out on your phone, something more stores should do.

Wanted to purchase a laptop. After having to go ask for an attendant 2 times (i witnessed when the cashier called both to get a hold of one) finally a lady comes with an attitude and say what do you need..I showed her whit laptop, she scanned and said we dont have and none are on order want anything else? I said why would you have them on display? Can i order one...she said very rudely these on display are part of the display abd hust told you we dont have none on order okay. Do you want another one, i said no thank you and she turned around and walked away..this is the 1st time I ever encounter such rude CSR.

Smaller, but not as busy. Great parking spots, wide, Thats got to count as a bonus.

Great tire service. I had to deal with getting my mother in laws tire repaired on warranty work and they found a nail in one of the other tires and did that under warranty. I dealt with Miguel who was knowledgeable and was efficient.

I had a great experience at Sams Club. I got there when they first opened, I was able to get in and out quickly.

Last weekend before Christmas. Still easy to navigate the store. Great selection and plenty of merch on hand.

About as exciting as going to the dentist! 😂 It just basic big quantity shopping. Its great if you have a large family, but not so good if its just two or three in your family. Their signature brand, Members Mark is not as good the Costco Kirkland Brand. They are not as organized as Costco, specially if you are unfortunate to have to wait in line to return something. Dont get me wrong Im still a paying member and i do it because often times they have things that Costco does have, so combined they provide me with a wider assortment of goods. Good luck.

I am so glad I got this membership. It is very surprising to me how a sister/parent company of Walmart really carries a significantly higher standard in the quality of the sams club merchandise opposed to great value the Walmart brand. I have only had a few shopping trips to sams under my belt, but they have been fruitful trips. Im beyond pleased to find myself going for the members mark products more than the selectively well chosen name brands they have to offer because the food really does taste great. I am a foodie and an excellent cook and Im so happy to finally have someone worthy cook food for me that ill actually eat and I am equally pleased with the different members mark goods that I buy, most of which are for the first time. So thank-you sams club. Walmart step it up a little maybe. Yall have more money than GOD. So a little sprinkle of quality doesnt mean it cant still be priced for value :)

Wow, the worst Sams Club Ive ever been to. They are super nice in Arizona, not so much in San Diego.The staff isnt the friendliest and the parking lot is horrible.

I had not been in Sams in years. I am a Costco member. Went with my son today. Found lots of good deals. I like the fact they are very careful with how many people they let in at a time.

I appreciate the scan and go feature on mobile devices as well as the self check out its been a great improvement over only having traditional checkout, it is a little frustrating they need to scan like 3 items from your order before you can leave... it leads to bottlenecking at the exit (maybe they should have 2 exit associates?)

The warehouse store (aka Big Box Store) needs no special acknowledgements.It is what it is ...Yes, it is a great place to shop amidst this Covid-19 pandemic. Facial masks and social social distancing are required, I get it !!!What was so disappointing was their food court. Theyre not selling fountain drinks (due to Covid-19) and to make things worst, the Polish dogs were cold.I didnt bother to go inside and return it. My wife & I sat in my car and ate it (making the best of the situation).Ive been to other establishments with food & drink service, and have an attendant serving the drinks as to not have patrons possibly contaminating the equipment and or surfaces.

Very nice neat and organized way about the store now.
