I love this place! Ive only gotten waxed twice here but I like the fact that its quick and they make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Its always neat, the decor is fab and the girls are sweet!

I received a Brazilian from one of your esthetician’s Jackie— and let me tell you, out of all the places I have received service, she has by far exceeded any expectations I thought never existed. She is incredibly polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional throughout my entire session. She was very attentive ensuring my comfort. I love that Jackie was detailed, down to any hairs that may have remained. Jackie was a pleasure and is a one in a million employee that sets the bar high for other esthetician’s! I will definitely be coming back to see her!!! Give that girl a raise!!

I have been to two locations the one in Eastvale which was about two years ago and just recently the one in Mission Valley. I am 36 weeks pregnant. They say getting waxed while pregnant due to more blood flow makes the experience a bit intense. I went to a different waxing company at about 28 weeks, and when I walked out of their I was shaking and could barely drive myself home. I went into The Pretty Kitty yesterday, I was dreading this day. The representative made me feel comfortable, kept me distracted the whole time, and the overall experience was amazing. I walked out feeling a bit sore but overall great. I will never go anywhere else. This company knows what they are doing and they are in fact the experts.

They are so friendly and professional. Make you very comfortable for shy people. Love getting my wax done by them.

Ive been going to the Pretty Kitty since they opened their first location in Pacific Beach. I love how fast, efficient, and friendly they are. On my last trip I got waxed and found that there was quite a bit of hair left behind. I called the store and they had their manager Rose call me back right away. Rose arranged for me to get re done at no charge, and in the Las Vegas location (I was traveling there the next day and didnt have time to go back to Mission Valley). The girls in Vegas were great and I got cleaned up in no time. I sincerely appreciated the fast response and the way she handled the matter.Ive tried other waxing salons in the past and no one can match the Pretty Kitty. I love that I can go to any location and get the same result. They are pros at what they do! Ill always be a customer :)

They know what theyre doin, so please know what YOURE doin lol and I say this with womanly love, shower before going ALWAYS, dont be a little bish (weve all been through pain and you chose this one so breath and be still) I promise its 10 min if you follow this tip. It doesnt matter if you tell them youre sensitive and get in grown hairs easily theyll get it done in as few strips as possible. Which makes it twice as painful. And now I have more ingrown hairs than I ever have. Even with exfoliating afterwards... And I told her to slow down more than once. Which means this is one of those places that doesnt care about you just about getting as many clients in as possible...

Today was my first visit to the pretty kitty I went to the mission valley location, jessica did an amazing job with the Brazilian service I got done she made me feel super comfortable and was very friendly. I will defiantly be coming back again thank you! 🙂

Courtney was my waxer and she is Awesome! I was the first person to visit from NJ who told them they all look the same. Everyone here was very nice and its super clean.

I had a gray first experience. I have to say it was very unexpected since I had heard horror stories so often about being waxed. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. My advice if its your first time would be to take that leap here it was awesome.
