I ABSOLUTELY love Libbey!!!! Ive been to other waxers in the past for my Brazilian, but Libbey has become my permanent waxer. Her space is very clean, cute, and comfortable. I have gotta say Libbey Lazarus Gibs Me LIFE!!! Especially my lady parts! Haha! I used to get my Brazilian waxing done pretty regularly in college and five years later, I found Libbey’s store Kiss and Makeup (super clever and punny by the way!) on my Groupon app for a really great deal! I was a little nervous to do it since I had long forgotten the feeling of rippin off my kitty hairs Brazilian style! Along with the feeling of waxing, I also forgot how long my hairs needed to be prior to getting it done!! Because of this (and not reading the fine print on the FAQs provided — oopsie 😅) I actually ended up making my appointment way too early for a quality Brazilian wax. Libbey didn’t hesitate to make sure I knew this at my first scheduled appointment and let me schedule a future one 3 weeks later, free of charge so my kitty fur would be up to par for waxing! I thought this was SOOO kind of her truly proving her unmatched esthetician knowledge & genuine consideration for her customers. After those three weeks, my lady kitten was ready for grooming and she made me feel more than comfortable the entire time even though I had quite the five year hiatus from the waxing experience! It was honestly as if I had known Libbey for years and we were catching up and spilling the tea with one another! 🤣 The process was much easier than expected and talking about life with her made it more or less painless and go by super quick! Came in with dry, dehydrated, dull skin and needed a TON of extractions.I had congestion in various parts of my face that haven’t gone away in months. I finally decided to get help!I am so glad I called Libbey! I’m not kidding- the procedure itself was so relaxing and nice (yes, even with extractions) BUT EVEN MORE THAN THAT...My congestion went away about 90% within a few days and it is 100% gone after 10 days.I am never going anywhere else!
