I am a building manager and had a tenant leave a medical waste receptacle behind. Instead of reaching out to their long-term client to collect payment, they wanted to bill me for the pickup. Im not sure what the pickup costs, but this seems really petty to try and charge me instead of contacting their client. It begs the question --- is this company insolvent? Are their resources so depleted they cannot take care of a last pickup for a client and instead need to try and back the property manager into a corner for payment? Wow. Be careful if youre dealing with these people!

Sam (CEO) is very attentive, flexible, and is always available to help his customers; employees are also very attentive and friendly.The bins and bags they provide are of great quality, they even save you the trouble of printing labels by providing you with them. Sam was SO incredibly helpful. I was researching ways to get our sharps containers picked up from our med spa. I went first to a national company and felt uneasy about the company, so I then called Sam with San Diego Medical Waste Services. After getting the service plan documents for the $30 a month service (GREAT DEAL BY THE WAY) I saw that they do document shredding, AND HIPAA / BBP / OSHA training too for our employees! I called back and got these added services too! This company is literally getting our company compliant for our OSHA inspection coming up. This is a one stop shop for medical offices.
