Billie Clarkes Answering Service continues to decline. They used to be great until a few years ago, when their rates went through the roof and their service quality plummeted. I switched services two years ago... but this week, I received an email from them, saying there would be a service outage from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday. Thats right... the middle of the work day, in the middle of their work week. Most companies try to schedule maintenance when its least likely to impact customers, but not these guys. The fact that I got a notice two years after I discontinued service just demonstrates how badly organized they are.
