I had a whitening service done a few days ago and I was very impressed with the office itself, my whitening results, and their customer service.For anyone interested in doing this, plan to be here a good 45 min. (Its broken up into 15 minute intervals so it makes it super easy and way more comfortable during the process). Also, you do have a retractor in your mouth to keep the solution off your lips, but again you get a bit of a rest by taking the retractor off every 15 min.The process was pain free for me and I did not feel any sensitivity on my gums or my teeth. The technician was very informative with instructions.With regards to COVID-19 protocol, the office was very clean and had sanitation stations and anti-bacterial sanitizers in every room. They also checked for temperature as you walk in and require masks be worn at all times if not in your individual room.I would definitely recommend this place for anyone interested in whitening their teeth. And I will be back soon!!!

I had an awesome first visit to San Diego Whitening Center this morning. I arrived at 9:30 and was sent consent forms via text to fill out. Then it was on to the exam room with my technician Rebecca. She explained the process and help direct me with the whitening gel application. This is done in 3 15 minute rounds.Time flew by with the music videos you can watch on the giant TVs.I started at a tooth shade of 20-22 and after this first session ended up at 13. 8 shades whiter!!I had no sensitivity afterward.Will definitely recommend SD Teeth Whitening to anyone looking for a brighter smile.

Jessica, shoot, or was Jennifer...Im the worst at names! Haha...she was an absolute doll! She was so hospitable. A true hostess with the mostess. She makes you feel like youve been invited inside her home. I loved that she was my technician. It helped get me through the last 15 minutes of the service for sure. I had one teeth whitening treatment years ago (elsewhere) that I loved, but during the process, I got the zingers which I hope I NEVER experience again. You do 3, 15 minute rounds at this place, never once got the zingers, which I am incredibly grateful for. My gums were a bit uncomfortable during round 3 but she came in and put extra Vitamin E oil on which helped a lot and even sent me home with extra Vitamin E, just in case. My teeth werent horribly yellow, but they are definitely brighter and have a more, smooth, all over white color to them now, totally took care of the slight yellowing by my gums. This is the place to go if you dont have time for whitening strips! 10/10 would recommend and Ill absolutely be back for my next whitening treatment. Thank you SD Teeth Whitening!

LOVED MY RESULTS!!! First time coming here and everything about SD Whitening center was amazing! Not only the results but as well as the service! Jessie took care of me today and she was AMAZINGGGG!! She explained everything very well! Once again.. AMAZING! There is 3 sets of 15 minutes each and you also get to watch anything you want or even hear music on a big TV while you’re doing your treatment! So comforting! Definitely coming here for my 2nd treatment!

The office itself is clean easy to get to no issues with parking & practice social distances, overall Excellent service will be going back.

You may ask yourself, Why are my teeth so yellow? Why are they darker in the cracks? Your wife may look at you and frown, throw things at you and tell you, Brush those teeth? What, you did? They are stained from all the stuff you eat and drink and maybe smoke. Brushing wont help. But, this place will make your teeth look like shinning stars. White that hurts the eyes. Friends wont recognize you anymore. The dog will growl when you laugh. And, big plus, its not expensive, very clean, you can watch Netflix or whatever during the hour it will take. Your teeth will thank you.

My first time getting my teeth professionally whitened and very pleased with my experience! Brenda was extremely welcoming and informative. I felt very comfortable and came out 2-3 shades brighter. Definitely a great deal at San Diegos teeth whitening center, for $99 I received the in office service, a take home whitening kit, and a touch up pen for free as a promotion for following the center on instagram.

This business has harassed me for 3 YEARS with telemarketing phone calls after a treatment. I ask them to stop, they will not stop. It is not worth any treatment to be hooked like a fish for their unreasonable attempts to reach me at least 4 days per week including Sunday. They call from different phone numbers so I block them but it continues. I cannot get rid of them. NOT WORTH IT.

Ive been here multiple times now, I absolutely love every experience Ive had here. The process is very easy and my results are far better than what I expected. I didnt really look in the mirror after every 15 minutes besides when applying because I wanted to see the end results. I was actually shocked when I looked in the mirror afterwards. The employees are great, their personalities and smiles definitely brighten up your day just by being there. I also took the photo afterwards.
