One of the case managers he told me he was going to call me after few minutes and guess how long it took??!! Am not exaggerating, i received a call after two months, two months past the due date.I called the supervisor, I called different numbers in the office, but in vain, all my calls were ignored. I don’t recommend anyone to do his case there.

The immigration services front desk person will leave you on hold for such a long time. I have been trying to schedule for three weeks and I’m always left on hold by the front desk person to never have my call picked up. I love their services but having a person like that at the front desk is really discouraging and annoying.
