Walk-in customer. In and out quickly. Documents were shredded before I got back to my car.Just remember, even though their address is on Convoy Court, you must enter from the back parking lot.I *HIGHLY* recommend this place!

They shred it and they shred it to the max. You can witness them shredding it, you can drop it off and have them shred it and they even destroy hard drives. Super fast and much cheaper than I was anticipating.

Had a box of papers that I needed to shred so I brought it to Total Secure Shredding and it only cost me $6.95. Im totally going to use them again if I have more stuff to shred.

I had some decades-old financial records -- tax returns, cancelled checks -- that I wanted to have shredded, having already had the experience of identify theft several times. Naturally, I wanted the job done by someone I could trust. Not having a personal referral to a shredding company, I went to the Better Business Bureau to research shredding services, and for Total Secure Shredding with an excellent profile and reviews. Theyre prices were great, and they often discount coupons, too. I got the job done easily, and have peace of mind, too.

This place deserves all the accolades stated in the other reviews. Fast, professional and inexpensive. If I had to nit-pick, parking COULD be an issue since the whole area doesnt have much. That said, there is a small 20min spot right in front of the building and I was able to park right there. Without hesitation I would use them again and will suggest them to friends.

Great customer service, everybody that works there is very friendly and helpful. They also will securely destroy hard drives and DVDs and CDs. They gave me a good price on everything.They also take E-Waste for free ( old computers, TVs Etc.)This is a great locally owned business I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Never written a review before but the speedy service deserved due credit. Moving quickly and needed a place to get rid of my mountain of documents. Found the place and they shredded my documents in front of me in less than five minutes. Payed 8 dollars.
