I used this company back in January for a leaky pipe. They quoted us 350 to repair and replace the pipe, but 750 if we wanted it to be copper piping. We went with the 350 because that jump in price just seemed crazy. Fast forward to October and the exact same pipe is leaking. Like literally has a pin sized hole in it. The two star review was because they were on time and professional. But the quality of their services is not there at all. Please go somewhere else for your plumbing services. Were now stuck with no water, once again, and paying another plumber to re-fix the same issue!

Called this company as a family friend recommended them after we had a leak suddenly happen in our only bathroom. The plumber showed up an hour late, I had to call and ask where he was, and once he arrived he clearly did not want to be here. He walked around our house telling us we had had water leaks before (we have lived here 3 years without a single plumbing issue) and quoted us an absurd amount of $450.00 JUST to open the wall, before fixing it. He even called our dry-out guy, and told us that they could do the job cheaper so we should just call our dry-out guy back instead?! After speaking to our dry-out guy after this conversation, he said it sounded like they were planning on charging us evening/emergency rates, even though the plumber was the one that arrived late!! Absolutely horrible customer service and I will never be using or recommending this company again.

My Brother paid to have a tiny park model mobile home completely replumbed, fresh and waste .The original complaint was clogged waste drain (this is ALL above ground with NO SKIRTING) .In the end, the only work completed was new copper pipe installed OUTSIDE of the house, fixtures connected . My Brother just passed away and the drains are backing up again . Upon investigation it was found the original complaint, the waste lines WERE NOT REPLACED FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF $3618.00.Further more, the quality of work done is shoddy .We feel ripped off or taken advantage of . Work done 10-2019 .

These guys are jokes. I had one of these guys come and take a look at why my toilet was leaking. They said because it was so old we needed to replace the whole thing. The toilet was less than a year old. They wanted to charge me $700 for a new toilet.Something needed to be tightened inside the bowl. Thats it. I went to home depot and asked one of the guys that worked there. I fixed it for free.That house call cost me $75.

Pronto was really fast at getting out and easy to reach. I chose to pass when I was told it would be $295 to unclog (snake) a bathroom sink, and got charged an $85 diagnostic fee which did not include the cause of the clog.

We called Pronto because our water heater was not working for the house and we were referred by our neighbor. They came out within a hour and fixed the problem. They were able to replace just a part and got us hot water that day. They are my go to plumbing company if I have any problems in the future. Thank You Guys!

I am really happy with Pronto Plumbing Because they are very professional and quick to come and provided me with AWESOME service. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them, they are all very experienced plumbers and will get the job done and done right especially in emergency situations.

Omg. I called many other plumbing companies and they charged overly expensive. But when I called Pronto Plumbing they had given me a price much lower and one I coould afford. If I hadnt called this company, I would have a hole in my pocket. They came within an hour and unclogged my drains. I will definitely use them for every problem I have with my plumbing in the future .

This company made a stupid mistake and flooded my father’s house. Now, my elderly Dad has to move out of his house to repair the damage. Don’t use this company!
