The jumpers feel like they are not going to pop unlike others

I used Jasso Party Rentals this past Saturday November 5th for my sons first birthday party at NTC park. They were great! They arrived and picked up right on time. I changed my order request the week of the event and they were very accommodating. They also forwarded their insurance information in order for me to update my park permit, since I wanted a 20x20 canopy.

We had a wedding on March 23rd they never showed up ruined our wedding we had to find somewhere last minute! I wouldn’t recommend them they haven’t answered any of my calls and made us pay in full super unprofessional!

This company is so unprofessional! I have called about 3 times with a voicemail and have emailed for the past couple of days, yet have not heard a peep from them. If you are no longer in business then take your information down. Or the least you can do is email back with saying so.

Do not rent from this place horrible service ... Rude people ... Do not recommend this rental place .. No stars if it could ... Thumbs down all the way

The 538 phone number is NOT their phone number. Its ridiculous they need to change it. And the other phone number they dont even answer.
