This office is representing my moms case to become a U.S citizenship. My mom will have the second interview next month due to the first one had some issue with doctors papers. This second interview date is scheduled way after my moms schedule to fly out of state to help me staying with my daughter(under age to stay at home alone) while I will be serving in the US military oversea. My mom has been trying to explain the attorney many times that Im a single dad and my daughter will need some one to just stay with her at that time frame and has requested many times to reschedule the interview to another date. This office/attorney has been refusing to do this with my moms reason is not sufficient. I did talk to him and he also confirmed that. He also said if my mom wanted to reschedule, she or I will need to do it by ourselves. I called the USCIS and the customer service agent said if my mom would like to reschedule, she would just need to write a letter and state the reason Im saying above and it should be good enough.I understand the attorneys always know and understand their jobs much better than the customer service agents, but I also know many attorneys also LAZY doing their works.
