Where to start…First, the employee answers the phone “Hello?”, so I wasn’t even sure if I called the right place. Lastly she gives me all the wrong information. I will not be re-loan there ever again!

Excellent customer service. The Associate was a new and young lady who really did a good job explaining everything to me. She was very confident in her skills. Her Attire was very neat and professional looking too. I only knew that she was new because I’ve used Speedy Cash quite a bit so I recognize most of the faces that work there. I ask her if she was new but I forgot her name. Never had a negative experience with Speedy Cash. They will help you out when you need a loan. Just make sure you do the right thing by paying them back on time that’s all.

Generally their a good pay day loan location. Sometimes youll get an employee that doesnt have great customer service. They are fast and theres not all that extra paper work. Its all digital.

Overall ok experience but everytime I come it’s different people working usually a sign of poor management not to mention they’ve been “now hiring”’for a long time also found it extremely rude and unprofessional that the girls are forced to rush to answer the phone when the store is full of customers!! The manager Audena was also forceful with a google review I declined because “if you don’t have anything nice to say” but here we are I hope they make some changes starting with her the El Cajon location doesn’t seem to have those issues..

Stupid.. Ive gone into this place for months now trying to apply for a loan and its different requirements everytime. At first i needed to make a certain amount of money, then I have to make that amount of money within certain amout of time. So i did that.. And now i have to have it all direct deposit? Normally, I like coming here. However, I waited 20 minutes being the first in line just to pay off a balance. Three employees shouldnt be hiding in the back while one person deals with customers. Wouldnt mind waiting if the staff would communicate with whats going on.

This is the location close to where I live. I get loans here every 2 weeks . Its a very busy store and I am not happy about this store. They dont have enough employees working for as busy as they get. I also dont care for some of the employees attitude. You wait in line for 30 - 45 minutes or longer, and while waiting you see their long unhappy faces through the windows, then when you get to the window you can feel how frustrated and angry they are when therere helping you, if you let them they will get rude with you. I need to borrow money all the time and thats why I have to visit this store other wise I wouldnt be going here.

Went into speedy cash a couple of weeks ago and while in the middle of the transaction the teller answered the phone without excusing herself, Im which I felt was very unprofessional. She did not attempt to inform the customer on the phone that she had a customer and ask the customer could she place him/her on hold until she completed her transaction with me, when the teller realized that I was becoming a little irritated she began to roll her eyes up in her head as she continued to answer the customer over the phone questions in which again I felt was very unprofessional, after she hung up the phone with the customer she shook her head. She did apologize for the wait however I should have not had to wait being that we was in the middle of a transaction, moving forward I myself work for a financial institution and if Im in the middle of a transaction and the phone rings, I will first excuse myself with my customer and inform him/her why Im excusing myself, I will then answer the phone and inform the customer over the phone that I have a customer and ask could I place him/her on a brief hold and I will be back to answer any questions him/her have. What I experienced was not good customer service at all, I also noticed that the teller next to her was leaning on the counter while conducting a transaction with her customer. At that point I was very ready to go being that I began to become extremely irritated and thought to myself ( they just hire anybody to come and work for their company) I was very disappointed.

I went in there to receive cash for a Money Gram. They wanted me to give them my social security number and drivers license. I told them I only need to receive funds. The lady behind the counter said, Then we cant help you.I said, Okay, bye.They advertise right on their windows they do Money Gram, but they want your personal info. Speedy Cash, youre not going to run my credit just to receive a couple hundred dollars! BIG FAT NEGATIVE FOR YOU!

You can call and ask questions about what they offer and whats required and theyll tell you everything you want to hear but once you show up everything theyve told you they then tell you none of it was true. Inconsistency in a company that handles money is definitely not a plus and shouldnt be trusted. I would avoid this money hungry unprofessional business all together. STAY AWAY!

El cajon is in and always enough tellers with really good customer service. I started going to one on el cajon Blvd and theres never parking then you go into the store and they always have a big line, long wait time and tellers just doing other stuff...not enough staff. Just dont like driving to el cajon for just that.
