A waste of money and a bunch of liars. They are unreachable, slow to respond if they even do and no one will give you a straight answer. The services they offer are over priced and they do not follow-through with any customer service if you have any issues. We used them for over 2 years and the one-time we questioned them on a service we were told 3 different things and given three different packages we were supposedly on. BUYER BEWARE! Clarity Wealth will be transitioning over to Twenty Over Ten. They are such a better choice for financial professionals who are looking for results and not just a money hungry company that does not care about its customers. Please read emails to help determine if you think FMG Suite is a reputable company.
Billing Department- Edward was very friendly and took care of my issue. You do not get this kind of service anymore. He was patient greeted me and most important he resolved my issue and send me a follow up email. I wish all customer service reps were like him. Thank you Edward and keep up the excellent work.
I used them for 3 years. In Winter of 16 I upgraded my site with them for $1650 and monthly at $199. About a year later they increased my monthly rate 45% to $289. Rather than speak with their clients they hide behind email notifications. In their emails subject line they didnt reference their company name so the email looked like spam. There are many providers and I have obviously moved on.
Horrible customer service. Look elsewhere. Every time me and my assistant need to login in we have to call to get them to reset our password. It is generally a 10-15 minute task to accomplish this with their hold time and current system in place. Not to mention when I generally update my website is the weekend during my downtime and they arent open. Currently exploring other providers.

Lot of emails and no relies
I never write reviews, but feel I must warn people about how terrible the customer service is at FMG. Billing issues, no return calls or emails, and even a breach of contract when they stopped offering content-only services and didnt notify us. They even kept billing us after we asked multiple times to cancel our account.
They have always done good work for me.
Great company doing cool work. I met with some of the sales and management of this company. There is lots of good experience here.
This company bought out smarsh which is the company that used to manage my website and first thing they do is delete my website and then call me and also charge my amex without authorization and then after I cancel they still have the gall to charge my Amex -- will probably need to report them to the authorities if they continue with their out of control behavior
Wish my broker dealer allowed more choices but I had to go with FMG. Way too expensive and easy updates to your website have to be charged monthly.
FMG Suite has helped my business grow and appeal to more potential clients.
