My friends and I found this charter bus company online and decided to give it a go for a bachelor party. They’ve got the buses all dialed in to be in compliance with the CDC guidelines as they have COVID shields throughout the bus to separate the seats so it felt safe. We had an amazing time and the owner was a stand up guy! I’d highly recommend using this company for any special events such as bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, weddings, etc. the buses were comfortable and clean. A real value for the service! Keep up the great work guys! San Diego Charter is doing it right!

We charted 3 of San Diego Charters buses for a wedding and it was a wonderful experience. Amanda was fantastic and so quick to respond. She adjusted the estimate when the guest list numbers changed not once but, twice. Helping the brides from the East Coast is not an easy task but, San Diego Charter made it a breeze. The best limo bus company on the West coast

I worked with San Diego Charter this past summer and they are fabulous! The communication pre planning was great and all went smoothly on the wedding day. I highly recommend them!

SD Charter was super easy to deal with and made for a great night. They were flexible and even allowed me to change the place and time of the pick up the day of. Our driver Paul was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend SD Charter.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. We recently rented three of their vehicles for an event. We had their 52 passenger charter. We had multiple complaints from guests saying that the driver was very rude telling them that they better be on the bus 15 minutes before the wedding ended. On the way their the driver decided to take back roads and drove very erratically causing one of our guests to bump his lip and head against the seat. VERY UNSAFE. In addition they will take strange routes and more time than needed NOT taking into account the actual time it takes to get to your destination on the original quotes thereby charging overtime. On our second vehicle they took a roundabout way and on the larger vehicle they did the same. Google maps says 55minutes and it took us about an hour and a half. The drive came up to me saying sign this and tried telling me we owed overtime. I tried calling the company who on the phone said they were sorry and would try and make amends but I did not hear a single word from them. I will never and would never recommend this company to anyone. Our event was great except for the transportation which MULTIPLE people (50 people in all) complained about. Horrible company. A horrible, horrible service. Not only that vehicles are filthy but also unsafe - check engine is common occurrence, disregarded as the rest of the maintenance in this fleet. The only thing that is consistent is high-pressure tactic: sign up first then tips, tips and more tips. Perhaps the most aggressive service of this type in the area: widely advertised and promoted, from parking lots to residential areas. When someone (gullible enough) gets caught into the net, it is already too late - sub par service and high-pressure tactics results in sordid, miserable experience, regardless of the occasion. Avoid at any cost.
