We booked Epic Limo to help shuttle our wedding guests to the venue and we were very happy with the service! The sprinter limo had music and fit about 14 people comfortably. There was music playing and definitely made for some fun rides. I would highly recommend their service.

Rented the 10 person party bus for SMHS class of 2021 prom. Booking was so easy... everyone was so nice and responsive ... total pleasure to work with. The The kids had more fun on the bus then they did at the prom itself! James, our driver, was polite & so very patient. The itinerary was ever changing ... but James went went the flow! Booked a limo bus (sprinter) for my fiancés birthday to take a wine tour through Escondido. Jim, our driver, was professional and courteous and made our experience easy and fun by checking us in at each location. It made us feel like real VIPs. He also coordinated with us to pick us up a little early to ensure we had time to load our stuff without cutting into our rental time. I would easily book again.

We hired Epic Limo to drive the five of us from San Diego to LAX. Our driver, Juan, was early and had the ice and glasses we requested. The drive up in the rain was smooth and Juan drove safely. Although we hit heavy traffic as we approached LAX, Juan was knowledgeable of the ins and outs of LAX and was receptive to any of our suggested route changes. We made good time despite the traffic. I highly recommend Epic.

Epic Limo did an incredible job for my family in finding a creative way to celebrate a 40th Birthday Party. We have 2 children, 6 and 9, and they were amazed being in a limo, and we did a trip to an ice cream shop in North County, and then cruised the coast on the way home. They decorated the inside of the limo, and gave us a truly memorable experience.

We were connected with Epic Limo through friends who used them for their wedding. We emailed them for a quote and immediately received a response with the exact specifications needed. Due to having the reception on the military base we required specific information for all potential drivers including liability insurance and we received it promptly with no questions asked. On the day of the wedding, the driver arrived early to the grooms parents house in order to allow us time to load up the limo with snacks and alcohol. The driver then drove the groomsmen to the ceremony venue, waited for the ceremony to end and drove the bridal party to the reception venue without any issues. We would recommend Epic Limo to anyone who needs limo services and we ourselves will use them in the future.

We had SO MUCH FUN! Jim (our driver) was so respectful and nice! I would highly recommend this company! All of my friends have been contacting me since the event saying how great of a time they had! It was also really nice that they stocked water and ice on the bus! I also really liked that the price included EVERYTHING. Tip and all. Takes all the guess work out of it and I was able to have it booked and paid for before....Leaving only room for me as the organizer to sit back and have fun with everyone!

Juan was a great driver. Quiet and friendly making our experience enjoyable. We were not impressed with our first brewery on the tour- Ballast Point, however the two others- Ale Smith and Rough Draft were great! Due to it being a slow day we even had time for a 4th stop. Mission brewery. It was a safe way to enjoy the many delicious beers San Diego has to offer!

My daughters senior prom driver, Pete, was right on time, very pleasant and accommodating, and contributed to making her evening very special. He picked her up at our house, then picked up her date, drove them to photo location, dinner, prom, then took her date home and delivered her home right on time. Kathy was wonderful to work with, very thorough, and coordinated directly with the breweries for us. They were even able to accommodate some last minute time changes for us. Just used Epic Limo on 8/27/16 for a brewery tour in San Diego. This was our second time using Epic. Our driver was Jay and he was super nice and accommodating. Took us wherever we wanted no questions asked. Gave us proper warning about individual brewery rules which really helped. Cracked jokes and really seemed like part of the group. I would recommend them without question. No one in our group puked so that was another win! :P

Epic was AMAZING to work with!!! I had never booked a party bus or any kind of brew tour before so I wasnt sure how to go about it. But, I didnt need to know because they handled EVERYTHING from start to finish with grace, kindness and efficiency. Not one person was rude or acted bothered by my millions of questions. And because the size of my party changed quite a few times before my event, I talked to Kathy and Mary on more than one occasion. On the day of my actual event we got the best driver, Don. He too was kind and efficient. He was prompt and fun. I can not speak high enough of Epic. And I am looking forward to using them again in the future.

Booked Epic Limo for a concert at Sleep Train Amphitheater and everything was excellent! Juan, our driver, was tremendous, really looked out for us in the sort of confusing setup at Sleep Train Amp. He gets full marks from us, 10/10, five stars, loved him. Well definitely be booking Epic Limo next time were down there for a concert. I cannot be effusive enough in how pleased we were with the service.

We used Epic Limo for my son’s 7th bday. Everything was amazing. Ron, our driver was very nice and professional. He handled 14 7 year olds amazingly well. Worst service ever, I would never recommend them to anyone. They arrived 30 min late, it was rented for 3 hours and only was given 2 hrs, the Bluetooth didn’t work, it played the same 5 songs for 2 hours. The driver didn’t know were Balboa Park was at, not to mention the driver and Greg were really rude. The service was the worst. I called there company multiple times to check what was going on and never got an answer or called back.

I was part of the bridal party for a wedding yesterday 10/4/14. The limo took us from San Marcos to University of San Diego campus. The limo was clean and spacious. That wasnt a problem. The problem was that the limo driver chose to go the long way (78W to 5S) instead of taking the quickest way (15S to 163S). That is 47 miles versus 32 miles. On top of that there was traffic on the 5 south. So what should have been a 30-40 minute drive took 75 minutes, making the whole bridal party late, which led us to have a shortened ceremony and the domino effect took place. If you have ever planned a wedding, you know that there are many variables that can make your perfect wedding not perfect, but a limo driver taking the wrong route shouldnt be one of them. It was unfortunate that I wasnt paying attention to the route that she was taking until it was too late to back track. But should the customer have to concern themselves about that with all of the other things that are on their minds? When I found out that we were taking the wrong route, I checked google maps to see if there was a freeway closure or bad accident. Maybe that would explain it. But there was none. All green on the 15 south, and there were patches of red and yellow on the 5. This did not make sense to me. The photographer that left when we left took the 15 south and made it to USD in 30 minutes. I couldnt believe it. So when we went back in the limo after the wedding to take us back to San Marcos for the reception, I politely asked the limo driver if we would be taking the 15 North. She said we would. I asked her why we didnt take the 15 South earlier. She was quite rude, saying that the dispatcher told her to take the 78 to the 5. I then asked her why she would do that if it is a longer route, and I asked her if she uses google maps to check traffic. She said that she does have it. I really cant fathom what was going through her head and the dispatchers head. So I asked her again for some reasonable answer to explain why she took us on that route, she replied, Do you want to drive? I found that to be quite rude. We are paying for timely transportation and service and we received neither. One last thing that I found out later on was that the BRIDE asked her if she was going to take the 15 South when we got in the limo in San Marcos. The limo drivers response, Dont worry, we will take care of it. Evidently they didnt take care of it and I would not recommend this company for anyone who desires timely transportation or polite service.
