Family owned, fast service, cheap prices and good customer service.
Super nice dude and fast service
Quick and simple process. I got two keys made(copies) and it took only about 5 min or so. Not too expensive either.
Ford dealership wanted $150+ and 2/3hours to cut and program my 2nd key.The lady who helped me had me in & out under an hour and sub $100! Definitely will recommend others to come here. Fast (no one else was there), friendly & great prices!
I lost my only car key and called Ben based on his positive Google reviews. They were right because he was a TOTAL PRO. Arrived right when he said he would. No gimmicks. Worked fast and was extremely courteous. The best part, NO DEALERSHIPS. Ben cut and programmed 2 keys for considerably less than what my car dealership quoted, and I saved even more money not having to tow my car to their shop. He pulled up right next to my car and was done in 30 minutes. He also threw in 2 spare keys to boot. This was a small gesture but shows hes willing to go the extra mile to earn his reputation. Highly recommended.
I lost BOTH my keys to my 2012 Mercedes C300 is the high tech transponder type. Performed my research then called Alex and he was at my truck within 45 minutes. He correctly and quickly assessed the issue and was able to get me rolling in about 30 minutes. Very professional, personal, and fast!!!
To give this business one star is a act of benevolence and one that is not warranted but necessary so that I can share my experience as giving them zero Stars was not a option. Today I called their number having found them on the Internet. I explained to them what I needed and they gave me a quote with two different prices one if I went to their location of $150 and the second if they came to me for $250 I ask them if they would be open by the time I made it to their location. Though customer service representative assured me that they currently had someone at the San Diego location open for business so I got a Ride from a relative who was not necessarily going to that area but would help me by taking me and I would have to catch a Uber or take public transportation back home but with my car key having been made and transportation no longer being a problem or so I thought. We drove out there and when we reached the location someone was indeed inside the kiosk conducting business my ride wish me luck and left I waited for the gentleman in front of me to finish and explained to the person behind the counter what I was quoted and what I needed,he proceeded 2 explain to me that he does not make any keys whatsoever. hes in the business of cell phone/electronics repair and that upon starting his shift earlier in the day he found out that his coworker would indeed not be at work that day. I obviously became quite upset and agitated but thanked him for the information and asked why it was that when I tried to call them I was directed to their, I suppose national call center via a call forwarding option? Whats upsetting is that all of this could have easily been avoided if the customer service representative had placed me on hold for one second and personally Tried to contact themthe get confirmation from that location as to if anyone was there providing the customers service. We the customer dont have that option,we cant ascertain this ourselves because they forward the local number to a 1-800 call center and I think that is ridiculous. I asked the gentleman at that location what he could offer me in terms of some form of service or second option and what he did was refer me to a completely different company because the one person that is apparently hired at this location to work does not work on weekends, does not do call outs to peoples homes or locations to provide the service.n would not be returning until Monday. I wasted time and resources and was referred to another locksmith company that could not even perform the service that I required. Because they forwarded their calls 2 a national call center instead of having one of their employees answer the phone that was two feet away from him, because the customer service is so poor that they dont even provide the customers with the courtesy of verifying that someone is indeed there to receive customers that they are directing to their storefront locations. I wasted time (Hours) and resources and given nothing to show for it. Like I said I was forced to give them one star and in return I get to tell you who they are and how they conduct their business I would not recommend them obviously the only recommendation that I could make in all of this is that they train their customer service Representatives better. To show them how to be of actual service to the customer and do simple things like double checking/confirming that what they are telling their customers is even remotely close to truthful. Only now just having gotten back home I cant call another mobile service as it will be after business hours and sure to be out of my budget.I have to relay on hope, hope that I can get someone to give me a fair price over this weekend. One last thing before coming online to leave them a review I did try to contact the company by calling them hoping they could do something for me anyting though I know now that the likelihood was very slim.what happened was I was on hold and listen to a repeating message. After 15 min I hung up, couldnt allow the abuse to continue anymore.
Would be a zero if I could. Went by on a Monday morning for a key battery replacement. Sign on the window says open at 10am. I was there a little early so I went and waited in my car. At 10 there was a guy inside so i walked back up to the building and the guy inside asked what I needed, so I told him a battery for my key. His response was oh thats not my business that is someone elses business on that side but said the people that run that business would not be back until Friday. So I went and tried to call the number posted outside to question this since there was no sign anywhere stating they would be closed for almost a week. I got an automated system that stated the name of the key shop and to press a certain number for customer service, so I did. I waited on hold for almost 10 minutes before a woman answered. I told her what I needed and she said that she worked at some Brazilian wax shop. So I dont understand how you can run a business and be closed for multiple days with no sign posted at your business and the number listed on your building doesnt even go to the correct place. Save your time and go somewhere else that follows their posted hours and answers the phone when called.
Chris thank you so much! You were just what I needed! Having called my local Jaguar dealership and other locksmiths, I was ready to pull my hair out. Glad that my dad found you! Thank you 1000x over! Youre the best, you went above and beyond w/ your quality service, knowledge and saved me a ton of money. Seriously dude I cannot thank you enough.
Eric was vet helpful in making a pair of new keys for my car. For the longest time I has lost my spare key and he made me both keys for a very great price. I would highly recommend his services.
They carry a lot of non-generic and unique keys so there’s a good chance they can copy whatever key you need. However they’re often randomly closed even though their sign & hours says open. I’ve stopped by a few times and no one is there, with no sign or notice. They also close at 6pm not 7pm
These guys really know car keys. They helped we it with a key that had buttons on it and it works great. Price was awesome and installed fast.
I have been coming here for years and have had consistently good customer service. Even when I bring them an old school key they get me to a solution.Fast and reasonable, this is a great place to go.
Visited location three times, including today, and all three times, the sign said OPEN, but no one was there. I called the number on the sign, today, and was told the owner was on his way. I returned one hour later, and the owner was still not there, but another customer was. I called, again, was told there had been some confusion, and the owner had gone to another store. I asked when he would be at this location, to either open or turn-off the open sign and was told TWO WEEKS. It is hard for a business to do a worse job than to not open its doors. I will probably be require to select at least one star, so I will, but, truly, to get even a passing grade, one must, at the very least, show-up for the test.
I lost my 2016 bmw 5 series key after done eating here and looked everywhere inside and outside the restaurant couldn’t find it. Then I saw this shop right here in the parking lot, came in and I couldn’t believe Chris could program a new replacement key in 20min, original bmw parts, and for only 1/2 the price the dealership is charging. Unbelievable! 5 stars!
I lost all my keys for my 2012 Toyota Corolla. Chris was very helpful and did the job in a short amount of time with an excellent price. I definitely recommend the keyless shop.
Unbelievably fast & very friendly!
Half the price of the dealership
Thank you Keyless Shop for your professionalism and support! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing SERVICE! 5 STAR for Sure!!
Contact them after hours and spoke with a rep via text message. I asked if a master reset can be done for our vehicle along with cost. They said yes and provided website for fee. It said $125.00 with a key. I have the keys already with transponder...next the rep told me it was $250. So I asked that person why the cost difference and was essentially for being onsite...$100 for an onsite visit?!!! Complete rip off. Especially when another rep quoted me a different price of $189. Not getting my service.
Me and my wife use this place to make our key duplicates. It was all good until I needed keyfobs to be cut for my car and I decided to come here again. The guy took care of the whole thing in 10 minutes even though he was busy and had other clients. He even lubed my car door lock. That’s an awesome service! It saved me lots of time since I didn’t had to come back. I am enjoying my keyfobs on my Toyota FJ now. It’s a shame I forgot his name. Juan? Jose?
I lost a key for a rental car and they got me a car key fast and Cheeper than the dealer. Thanks
Great place to get any key...can do car keys and remotes as well as house and locks!
Great place been there once and they got everything!
This is a Great place to make car keys.
I needed a copy for a 2016 Dodge Dart, they were the cheapest and friendly in town!!! Great service, I would definitely recommend them!!
They beat the dealer prices by A LOT ! I was worried at first when I got told dealership price but Fast Keys beat the price and got it done in under an hour ! Thank you guys!
This business changed ownership and the key prices are ridiculously high! Taking me business elsewhere.
Close during work hours.
