I have never sought out an engraver before. Couldnt be more happy finding this place! They engraved something more meaningful than I think they will ever know! It is perfect and I cant thank them enough!

Way to expensive if you ask me. I had two plates engraved with very little text and bought one small plaque in total they charged me $111. The female was very nice however I did not like the manner in which the man spoke with me. I will not be coming back.

Extremely rude and inappropriate customer service. When I expressed my disappointment about the high price of an engraving cost he interjected that his machine cost $60k and thats why he charges what he does. I could engage and explain to him how he writes off the cost of the machine overtime through anual depreciation of his tools on his taxes or how the sharing cost of his tools is applied overtime through many jobs but I chose to allow him to loose a customer instead. Very bad business model. Stay away from this person. There are many other engraving shop in the area and around San Diego.

I had my groomsmen gifts engraved at the Engraving Store, they did a stellar job! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

When I mentioned I had sent a email as per requested, he said he did not have time to hit the recieved button on email. He cursed and said we are done because I was giving him feed back.

For more than 20 years, The Engraving Store has been my go to place for personalized gifts and professional engraving. Fast service, and excellent value for dollar -- Id give them ten stars, but Google limits me to only five.

Very well priced services with a 24-hour turnaround. Other places tried to charge me $150 to get a civil war sword laser engraved and the would keep it for several days. I took my sword to the Engraving Store, friendly service by Daisy. I ended up paying $68 and it was ready the very next day. Highly recommended!

Amazing service... I arrived there a bit desperate. I was fighting time and losing the battle. The gentlem behind the counter rushed my order through and I was out in no time. I am very grateful of the gesture and the work was perfect!

I found this place online and it definitely lives up to the rating. Great customer service, turn around time, prices, quality of work, and most of all people. You may be waiting for a but to come in here, but I truly have nothing negative to say, it was a great experience and a breath of fresh air after a number of other places I had been to. I would recommend it to anyone.

They changed the hours without correcting them on google, they don’t even operate at hours that work with anyone else who is actually back at work.

This place is a rip off! The prices are ridiculous. I had to pay $120 for a small plate. Totally not worth it. Do not come here if your military. Will definitely not recommended to anyone. They told me something totally different than when I paid.

These people are awesome, i had gotten a quote from a few shops and chose this one because of the quality-VS-price argument. Theyre prices are on point and the quality is absolutely perfect. Very easy going and professional, yet it seed like i was talking to a long friend when i waited in the store. I recommend them for any king of engraving once so ever, you wont regret it!

I needed a hole drilled into a coin to make into a necklace for a birthday present and the man working there helped me right away. He also put a little ring through the hole and included a black necklace cord to complete it. It really saved my day. Thank you!!

POST YOUR HOURS AND UPDATE YOUR VOICEMAIL IF YOU TAKE A FULL HOLIDAY WEEKEND OFF.I was there on memorial day weekend Saturday at 3:30 and they are open till 4. I called ahead twice and checked Google twice and when I got there a sign was posted on the door...Thats not sufficient.BTW 5 different people showed up in that time..Irritating.None of us were happy with the lack of notice. FYI.Great shop, BUT, please do a better job with your communication to your customer base.
