Wow. Surprised theyre still in business. Their owner Brett Weiss never takes the blame or apologizes for anything. With that kind of customer service I am really surprised that they still have any type of clientele. I cannot tell you how poorly this man runs his business. Unprofessional on every level. I would really investigate other businesses because theyre really a dime a dozen in this industry. Certainly you should be able to find somebody who is professional quick, accurate in what they promise, and wont attack you on social media.

I went there to get one of my photographs scanned and restored. One of the photos was severely damaged and I was wasnt sure if it was even possible. They assured me that it would turn out well and when I saw my restored photo I was so happy. All the water damage and creases were gone. This photo is really precious to me and I am very glad I decided to use their services. The front counter was very helpful and attentive to what I wanted to do. I will use their service again with my future scanning projects.
Great people here at this shop. Helped me with a photo job even before the store was actually open. Also, they went all the way to make sure everything was to my liking. I cant do anything else than speak very highly of this place
About a year ago, we had my parents old movies and pictures scanned and put on a flash drive. The results are amazing on our big screen TV. We really appreciated the service and good work.

I just wanted to say how impressed I was with a rush job I gave to ScanDiego for a presentation I was asked to do at the National Polo Museum and Hall of Fame. They fit me into their schedule on short notice and provided excellent services in scanning old 8mm, VHS and photos. I highly recommend their service.
Bought the package at the Homeshow. They promised to pick-up, suddenly, that cant pick-up. Asked for refund and have been chasing these low-lifes ever since. See you at the next home show. And the one after that and the one after that...
