Customer of VetMatrix for about 8 years. The services provided are expensive and not terribly effective. The social media posts are ineffective. They recently hacked into my Google Business account after I personally denied their incessant requests. As a result of their hack, I lost 6 years of my own personal business work. I made an equivalent compensation request and they countered with a joke! The company I trusted to run my marketing turned out to be a disappointing fraud. s.r.

I have worked with several service representatives/IT representatives at VetMatrix and Katie was by far the most accommodating and considerate towards our service needs! She also called to check in on our situation several times after resolving the issue to follow up. As a hospital manager, I spend a lot of time teaching staff the importance of consideration and relationship building in customer care; and Katie nailed it in those areas! I absolutely love VetMatrix and especially Christopher and his team! We have been working with VetMatrix for a few years and have seen an uptick in our social media rankings which helps us better build our business. Christopher and I speak every two weeks to make sure we are on track. He and his team help us with blogs really working with us on topics we think are important for our clients. I had an issue with finalizing my domain transfer and this had been on going for about 2 weeks. I was finally able to call through and I spoke to Sebastian. Who was very help with assisting me with getting this done. We have been with this company for 10 years now and will never go anywhere else for our website needs. Our google analytics are outstanding and the staff is very pleasant and easy to work with. Jeff is our account manager. He is very accessible and always helpful whenever we need something done. My experience of transferring a domain from my previous hosting service to VetMatrix was horrifying due to a major error of my previous hosting service (in a nut shell, Network Solutions released my Domain to the internet pirate world). After the domain was secured, I continued to encounter numerous roadblocks caused by the actions of Network Solutions. HOWEVER, my experience with VetMatrix and specifically Sebastian Leon, in their general support services, was exemplary. Sebastian was the most competent and helpful individual that I encountered in this whole situation. Sebastian helped me recognize one of the major roadblocks and after navigating that with Network Solutions, Sebastian was able to help me actually complete the transfer after a full week of going back and forth with NS. I am beyond grateful for Sebastians calm demeanor and 5 star competency and service.

VetMatrix called me promising that they save me money on my website. The salesman blatantly misrepresented their product to me and now I have been forced to get my attorney involved. This is essentially a scam. Absolutely do not use their services.

I have been a customer since 2011, overall I am happy with my website and the service that has been provided. I love that the account rep will keep me on track and remind me what the game plan is for each quarter. It is very helpful that they have writers that assist in crafting the website content, but I always get final review and am able to customize anything that is posted. As a customer, Ive had to get used to the fact that digital marketing is a high turnover field, and I have had at least 10 reps help me with my website since 2011. They average approx 6 to 9 months on my account. The turnover is interesting because each person gives a fresh perspective and has different strengths and ideas and is usually very dedicated and responsive while on my account. Finally, I have had consistent trouble with the billing department, they seem to never really get their act together, and Ive had to adjust my expectations.

I really like the upgraded service where you get to talk to one designer all the time and plan the months to come. It has really been a help to writing things for facebook and blogs. I like bouncing ideas back and forth.

It was a nightmare dealing with this company. They promised to start work on my website in 2 days to get me to sign up, then they were too busy to work on it for the next few weeks. Then they said it would go live after our phone call and two months later it was still not finished. I tried to complain but was told no supervisor was available and they would put my request in to customer service but received no call back. The only way I got anything accomplished was to complain to the Better Business Bureau. Finally I was able to get my domain name back and away from them. Do yourself a favor and use a different company for your website.

Danny and Tiana were both very helpful when I called in regarding set up of our emails and website. The Vetmatrix Portal is quite complicated and more than a DIY setup. However, Customer service picks up quickly with a REAL person, easy to connect and communicate. Glad to have in-person, patient help (they do speak fast though! Might have to ask them to slow down, but they are willing to do that!) Will be calling back again soon. Customer Support really does provide great support, until everything is the way you want. Short 1 star for the complicated portal...takes quite some time to understand the portal and administration of email and website.

I have utilized Vetmatrix for two different companies. I have had two incredibly different experiences.My Vetmatrix team was amazing the first time around the block. They never became defensive, showed me numerous options for design, and always seemed willing to help out in any manner possible. This team deserved five stars.Five years passed. I started managing a new company and gave them a call for service. Their company must have exploded. I sincerely think they are struggling to keep up with business.I definitely would not recommend this company currently. The only reason I am still a client of Vetmatrix is because the website is finished, and I do not want to go through this hassle again with another company.The social media package will not allow you to preview or tailor posts. You get to see them at the same time as the general public. The website design will absolutely take a month or longer. Response time is 48 business hours via email and sometimes by phone.Some technicians do not understand aesthetics and genuinely struggle to make your designs. Be very direct and literal when describing how you want something to be designed.They are incredibly affordable, and our website does look amazing after two months of design, but I do not feel like a valued client or account. Our account is expendable.
