I brought my teenage daughter in to help her with her anxiety. I have to be honest, I am not educated in the hypnosis field but I refuse to make any of my children take unnecessary medication when there are better options out there. Thank goodness for Mission Valley Hypnosis!! Marion not only helped my daughter with her test anxiety but her performance anxiety before her Volleyball tournaments and her social anxiety when speaking in large groups have become next to non existent now. When she starts to feel her anxiety come on, she takes a deep breath and uses the tools Marion taught her. And guess what? No medication needed!!!! It is amazing how much things have turned around for her. June 5, 2019 she will be graduating from High School and then heading to college to become a Forensic Pathologist.
