Tara ONeil and Infinite Mind Hypnotherapy are truly empowering. Working with Tara has given me insight in to areas of my healing that I was unaware I was struggling with. She guides you in the most gentle, supportive, and soothing way. She makes herself available via email to answer questions that may arise from your sessions. I highly recommend you try it. Tara is a wonderful hypnotherapist! It was my first time experiencing this modality and I felt extremely comfortable and at ease in her presence. I could not believe how relaxing the experience was, I seriously felt like I had an hour long massage afterward! My whole being felt more integrated and peaceful and I loved knowing that we planted beautiful seeds in my subconscious. So grateful for her!

I have never tried hypnotherapy before and I was a little anxious in doing so. Tara was incredible in making me feel comfortable. She followed up with me after both sessions and was super encouraging ! After my session I left feeling incredibly confident and super motivated. (Now I get to talk my boyfriend into trying it!) This was my first time doing hypnotherapy and Tara created a magical space for me to experience hypnosis. I had deep sensations I havent experienced in my usual meditations. She is well trained and able to answer all questions. You will feel really comfortable around her!
