Eileen Aguilar was great. She explained the anatomy of the ear, and went over the test results, making sure we understood everything. She was friendly and professional. No pressure at all to get the hearing aid- I’m not yet a candidate, but she did encourage getting free annual hearing tests. In the future, if I need a hearing aid, I’ll be going to see Eileen!

I have been wearing Miracle-Ear hearing aids for about 4 years. Eileen diagnosed my hearing loss and suggested hearing aids that greatly improved my hearing ability. She is experienced, intuitive, patient and very easy to work with. My routine visits to Eileens shop were suspended for over a year due to Covid but when I called to schedule a recent appoint she recognized me right away and even remembered my family members.

My appointment was a delight last Wednesday. Warm welcome, clean, well-equipped, organized office. But I enjoyed the entire appointment because Eileen showed me shes experienced, intuitive, patient and conversational to be sure she knew my hearing conditions and my goals. I havent had hearing aid for 20 years [Im 65% hearing lost] ....,One day someone pass away who just purchase brand new Aids for $6,900.00 and her son sold them to me at a great price,.... I was so happy & my family just cried, I can hear them for the first time, I can hear the soda over ice, i did it again & again, wow! Cool ! I poured milk in my rice crispy cereal & and I jumped [What the heck is that, snap, crack,& pop.. I opened a bag of chips, no wonder my cat runs for life .. I went to O.B. & an airplane flew over, I ran really fast & dove to the ground (I thought the plane is crashing) ....Wow, now I can look for work,.......So what I need to do is go to miracle ear for ear mold so they can fit me, cause now my ear is in pain & swollen cause they have someone else fitting,....THEY said Miracle Ear does not allow to transfer Hearing aid, I must be the original owner!!!, .The next day Miracle Ear headquarter from Idaho calls me & says No transferring allowed,. . ......My sister have a friend who used to work for miracle ear & says they are the Worst hearind sales ever its a scam, If the hearing aids are $6,000 the Salesman keeps $3,500 to him,.....😕

I liked the large range of choices at different prices. I also liked that they fit them specifically for your ear, as the result was excellent. I also like that they are far easier to put on properly than my previous hearing aids, and it is not difficult to change the volume when circumstances require, as in a noisy room, or when watching TV.Just as much I was pleased with the lady technician, who was very knowledgeable, and very patient with all my (some rather stupid) questions, and I feel that I can come in any time for help without feeling as though I am a bother. She also checks the hearing aid regularly, at no extra cost, to make sure that wax has not accumulated where it can affect the performance of the hearing aid, and also to clean it at regular intervals.

I have been working closely with Eileen Aguila, as well as less frequently with Cliff Johnson, since 2013 when it first became evident I needed to improve my hearing. At every step along the way, from purchase of my first pair of hearing aids that year, to purchase of a replacement set this fall, Eileen has consistently provided the utmost in professional expertise and assistance, while simultaneously making my visits to the facility extremely pleasurable experiences. I thoroughly recommend them for your hearing aid needs.

I dont like the advertising for this chain they make it seem like youre testing out the hearing aids. And it doesnt seem to be the case when you really look at the ads and listen carefully. When they will mislead you which is my opinion to get you into their store its not to me and honest company that I want to do business with
