Chris absolutely went above and beyond. He is so knowledgeable- I didnt like my wig anymore and he made it into a full custom set of extensions AND colored them to perfectly match my hair. I had barely any budget and he priced so affordably for me. Added clips, did beautiful stitching, created 4-piece, 3-piece, 2-piece wefts etc. To say I was impressed was an understatement, so I had to come write a review. Couldnt find this type of service at even a salon, so thank you so much, Chris!!

I came into this shop knowing NOTHING about wigs and emerged very educated! I had the most fun with Elizabeth and her daughter, they were so patient as I tried to find a wig that matched my original hair color and thickness. Thank you for such a fun and helpful experience! :)

Their washing and styling wig services are outstanding. They are professional, efficient, and do a beautiful job creating any style for a wig. Perhaps the negative reviews are about outdated information because every time I go to their salon everyone is very kind, pleasant, and I look forward to seeing them and having them handle my wig.

Does not cater to diverse clientele.

I had a great experience, they had a large selection of hair and they were very accommodating. The gentleman showed me how to put in my hair and styled it for me before I left! I was very pleased with the color and look, also they were very sweet!

Ive never bought a wig before, but Ive been getting really self conscious.... the wig was amazing at first, until I washed it, and tried to brush it. My wig was heat-friendly so it was interesting trying to re-curl it. (VERY CAREFULLY) but it gets tangled up more than my actual hair would.I also ended up getting a shipment of another wig off of Amazon.....The wig shop: cost $71 including tax. Itchy as all could be. Amazon: $20 including same-day-shipping, so soft, not itchy at all.....

This was my 1st time purchasing extensions. The sales person had absolutely NO customer service and I had to ask a bunch of questions and that seemed to annoy her more. Id ask like how are you putting them in, and shed say its in the instructions. But when i tried to do it myself today the instructions were short and not helpful and no pictures. So what she was doing to the back of my head was a mystery to me.Then she said she could cut the extensions to any length so I said ok. When i took them off last night its very apparent she didnt know what she was doing! There are sections 2 inches chopped out and very uneven, not layed just choppy.It was expensive and i expected customer service, help and instructions. Was very disappointed and management was uninterested when I called.

I love this place! Huge selection of all types of wigs hair pieces and extensions!!!

Unfriendly, overpriced and white labeled wigs...no thanks!
