I have worked with Scott’s company for a few years for my Christmas lights and they have done a great job at a reasonable price. The people that Scott employs are so kind and patient. Joe and Jeremy are great and have worked on my house a couple of times! Superior puts up our lights every year and then they come back in the New Year to remove them and pack them up for us. They always work with my schedule so that I can be here to discuss placement of the lights. Additionally, they ALWAYS accommodate my request for taking them down right after epiphany!A few weeks ago, I had them give me a quote for window cleaning inside and out. Scott sent Joe who did a great job. He noticed some hard to reach windows that needed another wash and I must say, I really appreciate the attention to detail! I do not do reviews often. I thought it important to do a review today for Superior’s exceptional service as I just received a text from Scott that they will be coming out next week to refresh my windows!!! We had a crazy storm this past week-of course right after I had mine cleaned-and he has a 30 day rain guarantee. I did not ask him but I do appreciate this sort of follow up because some windows-not all- were nailed by the wind and rain. I am so happy they will look clear as they are supposed to!! Thank you to Scott and Joe for your great customer service and for making my windows sparkle again!

I only gave them 1 star because they answered the phone and a gentleman named Scott, who was very professional, confirmed my booking (which I just had my house remodeled for the last three months & we were going to show off the house & have a a large Thanksgiving gathering) NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED, NEVER RESPONDED TO PHONE CALLS, TEXTS, ETC. TOTALLY GEEKED OUT, NEVER YSE THESE LACKSIDIASICAL GOONS!
