I called several places for commercial glass and this place was the worst in customer service. I am attempting to get new double pane glass for a small building. The person on the phone kept asking me technical questions about the glass and frame thickness, which I have no idea how to measure. Ultimately the person on the phone did not want to come out and give a quote, and seemed uninterested in providing a service. Not sure why they are in business, if they uninterested in changing windows for a small business.

I had a broken front window and needed it fixed the same day, this is the 2nd time Ive used Pacific glass and both experiences were great. Thank you.

As a General contractor I have used almost every glass shop in town. My experience here was sub par to say the least. I found the office manager condescending, and very unprofessional. It almost seemed like we were bugging her by bringing our buisiness there. Needless to say I will not be returning or recommending them again.
