Read the reviews on their company. They do this with every carrier. They will book your truck, send you Carrier package and not respond to your calls or emails. I filled out their Carrier package and I kept calling them no response. Gene is his name. 2 hours later no response to calls or email . This is because they are trying to look for a cheaper truck. 2 hours later I covered my truck and informed Gene then he threatened to go on Carrier 411 and my boss called him and he started cursing and swearing. I will be taking Gene and this company to court because I have the recorded calls. Carriers stay far far away. The reviews on this company is real. They do this to alot of carriers.

They got caught double brokering a load and then freight guarded our company for back soliciting, talk about malpractice, STAY AWAY!

I book this load with this company, I did not receive the rate confirmation after two hours because he was trying to find a cheaper truck. I called him so many times asked for the rate confirmation, he kept telling me I am sending it soon. After that I called him again to let him know that I am going to move my truck because he didnt have any loads from his customer. After 30 minutes later he sent me the rate confirmation, that time I already covered my truck with different broker. Then he threatened me to do the load or they will file a freightguard report on me. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. Carriers be aware from these kind of brokers.

Horrible experience for the 3rd time, Booked a load from Ontario CA to Billings MT, sent the driver from San Diego CA empty, they never sent us the PU address. After calling and emailing them they told us they made a mistake and they need a flat bed and not a VAN. These guys use same excuse for every load they book. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE CROOKS !!!!!!

NEVER in my life will work with this company again!!! as you can see on all the reviews, they lied about the freight, no detention paid, booked your truck but still look for cheaper offers, deducted money for no reasonable excuses, bla...bla.....

Horrible company. They are thieves. They always blame driver for everything. Never accept their mistakes and charge carrier for their own mistakes. Stay away. They are not worth it many brokers out there to haul for . This company shouldn’t be supported as broker . Never recommend to anyone .

This company makes attempts to gain free carrier services by manipulating rate confirmations and other documents in order to misrepresent load information. They are nonresponsive in correcting the information as to delay or refuse payment for work performed. They are the most unethical broker my company has worked with and I suggest you avoid them at all costs. I normally do not take the time to post negative reviews, but in this case it would be a tremendous disservice to the transportation industry not to do so.

This company should not even be on the market! Very unprofessional, far from the business ethics and unacceptable! If you hear their name, start looking for the nearest EXIT! You will regret the day that you work with this company. Good Luck!

I dont understand why are you guys in this kind of business of your going to act unethical, a kid in the name of Bart Johnson cancelled my load after booking the load for no reason simply because a cheaper opinion became available to him, and using unprofessional words with there carriersI hope you guys get better and over come this issue

Short paid us $150 for being 40 minutes late to delivery. Stay away from these crooks.
