Help Therapy has been tremendous part of my life in so many ways. Providers at Help have not only changed my life but many others who who are suffering or have suffered debilitating issues related to mental health. The variety of therapist option + mediums which you can see a therapist really sets Help apart. The staff is friendly, easy to communicated with and cares a lot about what they do. They accept all types of insurances, cash pay and even credit card in some cases.

This organization suffers from a money-driven and rude gatekeeper, Denise Z. Unfortunately, she fails to respond to multiple phone calls and automatically assumes people cannot afford out-of-pocket costs. Only when I shared that the out-of-pocket cost option was acceptable, did she offer to pass along my request to a therapist. We will see if she follows through, but given her poor attention to detail and lack of empathy, Im not holding my breath.

HELP Therapist made it easy to find a most excellent therapist who helped me get through a horrible accident that incapacitated my ability to leave the house for five years. After I learned to walk again,my wonderful therapist used exposure therapy and relaxation and talking to get me back into society again. She was kind, caring, and learned alot from her. She made home visits weekly to make sure i was getting better. She used positive reinforcement and taught me how to relax and accept my condition. I love HELP services and recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their life.
