Worst escrow company Ive ever encountered out of at least a dozen Ive used. Do not use these people. Mis-spelled our names throughout our documents, even after we pointed it out. Incomplete packages, poor communication, failing to file state tax docs and withhold taxes as required. And then, we had to call for a month following close to get a final closing statement. They apologized for poor service and gave excuses about staff turnover etc., so unprofessional, poor quality control on process. Do not use this company.
