I reccomend Granite Escrow. My experience with both owners was excellent in all ways..any concerns that i had were resolved with ease and confidence. They always had time to answer all my questions.all charges were fully explained and all paperwork was done in a timely manner.the last day of signing the final papers went smoothly and painlessly. I was mostly impressed with the efficiency of the office andthere were no mistakes. I didnt have to worry about a thing with the escrow process.

Horrible shady company with poor business practices. They were to return our deposit on a Monday, waited until Wednesday and said it has to be by check. They would not wires the mo eh back though they require mo way to be wired to them. I would highly recommend to stay away from company and if you are buying a property and the other party has this company listed immediately ask for another company or just walk away.

Granite was recommended by a sub par realtor Andrew Bloom. They failed to properly notify the county and state tax rolls of the change of ownership. They admited they had failed to complete there tasks and yet still did not correct the situation. There incompetence lead to addition expenses and troubles down the road. I would avoid having to deal with the aggravation in the future now that I have experienced there lack of service.

I have had a very unpleasant experience with the Branch Manager/Escrow Officer Dana Cohen. Granite charges a premium price for their services and yet it was repeatedly difficult to get Dana on the phone when necessary. Her communication with our Mortgage broker appears to have been non-existent and it nearly jeopardized our scheduled closing. When I attempted to bring this to Danas attention I got a very hostile and unprofessional response from her.
