One of my favorite spots in San Diego. Plenty of restaurants and a nice area to have a picnic if youre in the mood. It provides a wonderful view of the bay and a gorgeous shot of downtown and the San Diego skyline. Totally worth the visit.

After searching at length for a company that was reasonably priced for what they offered, I decided on Patriot Environmental Laboratory Services. Not only were they competitive in price but they were also accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ Rating. The test was initially scheduled for Friday afternoon but my contractor could not be ready so the test had to be rescheduled for Saturday morning. Zach came out on Saturday to do the air clearance but the VISUAL test failed because there was asbestos popcorn and stucco debris left throughout the house which was documented with photos. We rescheduled the air clearance test for Monday morning so the asbestos abatement contractor could come out and clean the mess left behind. Monday morning Francisco came out and was able to complete the test which, thankfully, passed. From beginning to end, this company was/is a class act. Everyone I dealt with was extremely professional, prompt and accommodating. Thank you June, Aly, Emily, Christine, Zach and Francisco. You guys are AMAZING!!! I will put this review on YELP too. Exceeded expectations.Patriot Environmental provided professional service from the time I walked in their office until the test results were returned. Ahead of schedule. Thank you. Very pleased.We purchased a 1964 (poorly) remodeled home and needed to determine if some of the materials we found left behind by the previous owner had asbestos in it. Our next step is to have the air tested to see how much we have been exposed to.
