Its a freaking scam they steal your info and then send u to a random address!! Where apparently u start your new assignment but no its the wrong place... so dont contact these guysits better if u go thru volt or aerotek and its safer👍🏽.

Amazing! Back in 2015 when I first moved to the area I tried other staffing agencies and it took me almost two months to hear anything back. I contacted Randstad and got a call from Jacqui the very next day! Lucky for me she already had a job lined up, and I started working within two days! After 90 days with the agency I was hired on and got promoted to a lead position! It was wonderful! Randstad is great! The easiest management I have ever felt with.

I was working with Randstad as a temporary employee. I am giving Randstad 2 stars due to a few issues I had with them. The temporary job that they gave me was a full time, the company I was working for started to cut my hours due it getting slow at the warehouse. The warehouse job started to cut my hours and was telling me to come into work later and by a few hours everyday. After that the warehouse told me to start coming in at 1 or 2pm instead of 11 am and also told me to not come in on Fridays. I ended up telling Randstad that I needed another tmepoary job because they had taken my full time 40hrs to about 20 hours a week. I later went into Randstad to see if they had any work for me and Jacqui was extremely rude to me. I must of came in at the wrong time to talk to her since she was on a conference call. In a extremely rude tone told me to come back later or she would call me back as soon as the call was over to follow up with me. She never called me back that day. I stopped using Randstad services due to Jacqui being extremely rude to me and her lack of skills to follow up with me. I ended up going to another staffing company that found me a better temporary job and.

I have been using Ranstad services for 3 years now. Grace is always professional and makes sure we have the pest possible candidates for any positions we might need.

My experience with Randstad Staffing has been quite good. Once I registered with them, I was called regarding positions within 1 week. I was extremely comfortable contacting them with any concerns or questions that I had.

In the past they where really good with contacting me for work. They even found me a really good job that I ended up getting hired at and worked there for many years until they went out if business. But now it seems like Randstad could care less about finding you work. They get you into their office to take a bunch of assessments and fill out a bunch of paper work and then send you on your way. Their correspondence is horrible and it seems like everyone is always out on some sort of vacation or either on leave everytime you need to speak to someone. I have been with Randstad now for about 9 months and still no job, even though they claim that they have been sending my resume out to potential employers.

Ranstad is a good company to work for. I had construction and retail experience. I was surprised that they would hire me. I was with the company for 4 years. I got a long term job with a company in miramar. This agency does not guarantee a long term job. But if you work hard and empress the job site lead they will keep you. So if you come to ranstad you better being your A game. This company gave me a chance and they will give you a chance.

Randstand has been a great help getting me back to work. It was a little slow at first but now it has picked up speed. Finding me jobs that would allow me to continue my evening classes and work part time during the day has been a tremendous help to me.

I agree with the person who said they play games. They also are racist ans partner with Saddle Creek which will screw you over on your paycheck. Because of this place, I am now having yo go to court. You are not paid for the 12 hours you are promised that you work. And im not talking about 11.50 of you take out lunch, they want to say I only work 10.75 hours when i didnt I worked 11.50 like I said! I showed up for work at exacyly 5pm when they asked for me and also kevin the site manager sent me home because he wanted to allow a group of women to insult me in spanish and tell me I had no proof that they weredont it, refusi g to pull up the camera. Also, he wasnt there to see it, ofcourse cause he is never there at the room we were working at in thrwarehouse because he is the manager, and never watches whats going on. The leads were staring at me, burning holes through my face, along with the other workers right away and whenever I has to get up to throw something away get a trash can or scissors they kept moving away from my table. Talk about racism they eat to deny it, especially Jackie. Then Kevin Wade called the cops when I asked for a complaint form, stating theres never been complaints from Radstand workers against Saddle Creek staff or employees. I wouldnt know, cause he can make it up off the top of his head. He said i didnt have proof of them discriminating against me, especially when one of the ladies talking about me in spanish wants to turn the lights off on me when I used the bathroom. As for real mad when I said I dont want to work permanently with them. He also seemed to think I was working full-time overt there when I was only scheduled Monday and Tuesday!!!Want to work for an abusive company that mistreats you??? What about screws you over for your pay and chargers you for your fifteen minute breaks!!!! Thats against CA State Law!!!!
