BEWARE CAREGIVERS:This might be an illegal operation if you arent familiar and careful about knowing your rights as an employee and your rights could be violated.I think all caregivers who sees this should contact a labor law attorney before signing anything with this fraud agency.There is something fishy about how they operate their business and hiring practices.This so-called hybrid company is trying to get around and avoid the high costs of operating as a regular normal legitimate responsible home care employer and caregivers need to know their rights so there are no wage theft issues.As an independent caregiver, you should set your own rates, not the agency.Companies like these need to be SUED.Caregivers cannot be hired as a 1099 independent contractor therefore is ILLEGAL according to IRS.Clearly they are improperly classifying employees (caregivers) as independent contractors and should be investigated!You DO NOT need a business license to register to work with a family, this is a complete FRAUD!!!!!!!!Dont fall for this SCAM.The family is your employer and is responsible in complying with state labor laws, paying your unemployment and tax withholding as a regular W-2 employee.I feel sorry for any caregiver who isnt familiar with overtime laws gets sucked into this questionable arrangement.LRHC should be REPORTED and INVESTIGATED by Department of Labor and IRS and hopefully this business will get shut down.

Love this company very fast response pays very good and very professional highly recommend. And the first company i know that actually cares about both employees and employers.

From start to finish I was treated with so much care. Jessica was my intake contact and made me feel so cared about. I was dealing with my dad’s decline and in so much emotional turmoil and sadness. As each caregiver came into my home and cared for my dad I felt as though I was no longer alone in caring for him. To say they were skilled and compassionate would be an understatement. She sent several caregivers to meet my father and he was able to select people with whom he felt comfortable. I finalized agreements, scheduling and the first week of Love Right Home Care service last week -- the process was all very reasonable. No minimum or rigid schedule commitment allows maximum flexibility which is important as we ascertain the proper level of care for our loving father, recently diagnosed with Alzheimers.
