When I started seeing Adeena I was recovering from cystic acne and had some acne left + tons of scaring. With regular treatments, Adeena is transforming my skin. The scar pockets are not as deep as they used to be and the colored scars are so so so much lighter. Adeena,( a good salesperson) After my visit yesterday, I remembered why it had been so long since I had visited you. You (the owner),not some-one else, as you told another reviewer who commented on this same issue, asked, blatantly for a tip. I spent over $500 on your products and services and then you ASK for more money? That should be of a clients own wishes. You asked how we would like to tip you: add onto the card or CASH? Really? Then, when yo took soo much time to figure up the bill and continued to up-sell your products, when you knew I was in a hurry, YOU said you didnt like being rushed. Those type of things, frankly are very unprofessional and rude. We will not be coming back for your services.

Adeena is a true professional and gifted at her work. She performed two Jessner Peels on me in addition to regular facials. I couldnt have been happier. I was very nervous about the peels, and she spend extra time with me to insure that I was relaxed and comfortable. The results were fabulous with very little downt time or discomfort. I love Adeena at Skintelligent- I trust her completely with the best treatment of my skin. I first came to Adeena because I had terrible acne that was destroying my self confidence and quality of life. I had gone to lots of other doctors, including the dermatologist. He sat 3 feet away from me, asked what was wrong and wrote a prescription for medication. I received no actual attention from him. How can you treat someones skin without even looking at their skin up close? I was desperate and fed up and went to Adeena for a facial, and she turned into my saving grace. I used to continuously suffer from dry/oily skin for years. Working in the sun 40 hours a week didnt help either - I was beginning to notice some sun spots and discoloration on my cheeks. I tried Adeenas microdermabrasion for the first time nearly a year ago from a friends recommendation - what a difference! My skin had never felt so soft, and in addition with Adeenas night and day creams my skin has never looked/felt so good. My dry, flakey skin is gone and is much less oilier!

I bought a groupon for a facial and had a pleasant experience. The owner is very nice and sweet and appers very knowledgeable. I bought an additional peeling and received a follow up phone call at home to see how I was doing-nice! However, I received another service by the other esthetician and when I told her I was paying with a card and to run it for the exact amount of the service, she urgently asked me how I was covering her tip. I had cash for her tip but she didnt let me finish. I think this is a bit crass and unfortunately theyre a bit pracy in coparison to other places for the same service. :/
