They are great. I think of them as managers of my government loans and it is completely worth it. I have not had to deal with student loans in awhile. They have other services weve used as well.

They keep deleting my post these people got me out of so much money it’s pitiful. Before I was treated by (student connection) the Official Debt collectors to garnish my check. I was notified that nothing has been put towards my student loans And that this is not a legitimate company To do Business of any kind with like the lady on the phone told me at student connections why go through a third-party to pay your student loans and have to pay more money ?????

If I could give zero stars - I would. it has been the most convoluted and ridiculous process trying to consolidate my loans through docupop. even resetting my password was a huge process. calling and getting someone on the phone took 3 days. seriously. find another company. i wish i could get my money back and start fresh with someone else but i cant even imagine how difficult that would be.

I started this process in January as was promised that in one month i would receive word of my approval. I even followed up with emails to the person that said they would be my direct contact and that i could reach them whenever i needed assistance. I sent this person several emails and never heard anything back. But when i changed my credit card information and Docupop could no longer take the monthly fee out of my account all of a sudden i am approved and everything is ready to go. this company is a complete scam and if could get my money back i would. Folks do not waste your time or money with this group of thieves.

They initially held through the consolidation and seemed fine when I went back to get fixed after a year had passed I had them fill out the paperwork and never finished my end of the paperwork and they took their $50 ran said no refund for doing nothing.

Terrible experience. Took a years worth of payments and didnt do anything with them. Tried to get my money refunded but was refused due to a failure on my part when I didnt receive any of the emails/voicemails they allegedly left for me. Dont waste your time or money here.
